West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Vhalla is momentarily disappointed when Spencer doesn't immediately look at the paper, sucking in her lower lip gently, she crosses her arms and watches him as he very deliberately and very slowly leans against the wall and reads it. Of course, the man didn't give her the reaction she wanted either. She preferred groveling and nervous people so she could get her way. Huffing out a sigh she simply shrugs noncommittally at his question. She obviously couldn't burn down the store without engulfing the entire block, yet sometimes it was better to a mix a little truth in her conversations.

When he finally speaks again Vhalla can't help the grin the spreads across her features. He most certainly was a business man and on top of that he wasn't scared of her. Even in her imposing black suit. Leaning up against the counter again her eyes narrow slightly, she would play along for a while, at least while it amused her. The assassin found herself enjoying this battle of words and intellect, if she couldn't force him through idle threats then there were other ways she could get him to understand. Inclining her head slightly, her braid falls over her shoulder and lies on the counter. "Last I checked, Spencer, that is no way to talk to a lady," she flashes a devilish smile.

"However, I'll play along with your little game. I'll even buy you dinner since you so kindly asked," she purrs at him and very nearly decides to take him to McDonalds only to see the look on his face. She knew she wouldn't get anywhere with him that way. Pushing off the counter she turns on a heel and begins to head for the door, "It's almost closing time, I'll be back in a few hours to pick you up, it should give you enough time to go home and clean up," she calls over her shoulder mockingly, "Make sure you don't stand me up on our date, it wouldn't be very hard to find where you live," she turns once more and winks at him before exiting the store, the bell ringing as the cool breeze touches her face.

Oh, she was most definitely going to wine and dine the shit out of him.

Flagging a cab down, she knew her first order of business would be to retrieve a vehicle she hadn't driven in years.

-----

Standing in front of her mirror, she glances over herself once more. She wasn't exactly trying to impress the man, she merely wanted to flaunt her money and to assure him that she had the funds to pay. Hence the ridiculously expensive outfit she had never worn and the black Lamborghini sitting below in her warehouse garage. Vhal had stopped first to retrieve the vehicle her master had given her as a gift for her 18th birthday, of course, the sadistic asshole was making her buy it back from him after pissing him off several days later.

Letting her gaze travel the length of her body, she takes in the navy blue material that clings to her toned body, the long sleeves wrapping snugly around her slim arms, the bottom barely brushing the floor even with her tan heels on, flaring out slightly at her hips. The slit on the right side flashes her leg as she walks and the front is modest showing only a hint of cleavage. Even with her rather humble gown, she is certain that Spencer would not appreciate a scantily clad woman. A mere guess, but perhaps she would nail it. Her hair had taken her the longest. The witch very rarely did anything beside a braid, but she managed to pin it to one side, her white hair swept over her right shoulder, falling in loose curls, showing off the slight plunge of the back of the ground, revealing the very tops of her scars. From a distance they weren't noticeable, but with a hand placed on her back, the rigid scars could be felt easily through the thin material.

Another present from her master, a whipping as a "proper punishment for her disobedience."

Vhalla was rather wary of having them be revealed, yet, she thought it would prove a point to Spencer that she wasn't a woman who was a push over. Taking one last look at herself in the mirror she turns gracefully and snatches the keys from the vanity, briefly brushing her left thigh to feel her dagger strapped firmly in place. Smiling to herself smugly she descends into her vehicle and races across town. The sun had set and the moon was beginning to rise when she finally pulled in front of the gun shop.

It was a ridiculously fancy car for this part of town but somehow she managed to not be bothered by a soul when she stepped out of her vehicle and approached the sidewalk looking for Spencer. Finding him, she holds out the keys and smiles sardonically at him, "Want to drive?"
