West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

The western were King could hardly deny the fashion in which his eyebrows rose ever so slightly at the notion that his own Ark was but tame in comparison to what the Egyptian woman deemed the real world. The Ark itself had few rules - beyond death and their own developing affinities, all things were relatively fair game. It was true though, that the brackets were meticulously observed to ensure "fair" fights if only for the simple prospect that they might continue longer than the massacre of a predator against prey. He had heard, naturally, of places where such measures hardly existed. He heard of rings were deaths were common and the carnivores stood atop the hierarchy with little hope of being dominated. After all, they were his competition. It was his business to know of their existence though the notion that they might so willingly welcome him into their seedy establishments was decidedly inquisitive. Perhaps, merely for the possibility of his own death, as entirely foolish of a hope as that might be. It was that, however, which so appealed to the Western King - to further clinch his own reign over the western borders. Should he triumph in a place with little laws, whatever questions existed still of his abilities would only further be laid to rest. It was....appealing to say the least.

Slowly, the man's head bobbed in thought, his striking emerald gaze returning to the woman in front of him. "I will take you up on this." He responded simply, hardly setting a date or time for such a peculiar affair. Instead, the man was entirely preoccupied with the thoughts for this evening's events, offering to the woman a rather intriguing option for the remaining of her evening. It was only with her permission that the Ark's monarch led the exotic female away from the depths of the ship and out into the fresh air of the deck. He leaned so entirely comfortably against the railing of the boat, his emerald eyes glancing out onto the dark expanse of waves before them. The boat that so caught the were-creature's interest was effortlessly found amongst the numbers that too dotted the marina. She was superior in every way to the yachts and speed boats that were boarded there. There were lights still on inside as she sat beneath a large halo of a nearby lamp on the dock. This, he was assured, would hardly be an easy task of simply snatching and driving away - still, he had wanted his contact to know he had taken his most prized possession for his blatant disrespect and failure to pay.

His emerald eyes turned towards the woman at his side, watching as she seemed to survey the exact same boat. Her words were certainly promising and, in truth, he offer was hardly unexpected. Tetradore nodded, slipping his hand into her smaller but none-the-less firm grasp. "Deal, we'll have joint custody." He responded, a altogether rare and entirely warm simper crossing his features. His gaze turned briefly towards the boat, a small mischievous look crossing his features. "Then let's go get her." He motioned further down into the Ark, the man quickly leading the way out and back onto the pier. Tetradore's gaze shifted towards her briefly as he lackadaisical made his way away from the Ark. "Can you swim or would you prefer a more...forward approach?" He was, at least, willing to take a back seat in this venture to a certain extent, fully desiring to appeal to Askaree's interests as long as it lead to getting exactly what he wanted in the end.
