West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Like all the missing pieces of my heart,
they finally collide.

Even if she tried to keep her face straight and her posture rather upright. She had not expected what he said next, bringing her out of her control. She held back from laughing, harder said than done. It is almost impossible because his payment methods were hilarious. His payment: Strings and ribbons, fairly cheap and easy to get. It was the way tobi said it with such conviction and in total seriousness that stops her from laughing. Her eyes bore into his face, not one once of a joke lingers in his chiseled features. She is not surprised even with this demand, tobi as always been weird. Not a bad weird just special in his own world, she preferred him this way then him playing a bad ass that only wanted to lay her down. Even if they did just do that, she felt a hot blush rise to her cheeks. The thought of their night, still warm like it was yesterday, but it had been rough. Similar to a love hate relationship, but she would do it again if she could. She no longer could say she was innocent, not just because of him. She as almost killed a man after she left tobi. One night too many she polished her rhum bottle and drove on a rainy night. She was a love sick puppy, mourning to never see his face she had closed her eyes. The only thing she remembered was the noise of shrieking car tires. The impact caused her air bags to deflate to hold her back from knocking her whole body into the dash. The windshield glass shattered into her face, creating small cuts.

The man she hit would never remember who he was, nor recognize his family members. She pleaded guilty in front of the judge, not wanting to save herself from the monster she had become. Her stupid actions almost killed a man and hated herself for not thinking before acting. She knows not to drink and drive, but she decided to step over her own line.  " Ribbons and strings it is " She says placidly, still returning from her flash back. His eyes take her back, life returning to her sterling ones. He stares to long; she notices he wanted to make sure she understood. She gives a faint nod, making it slow so he would not miss it. Their eyes are linked, they refuse to look away. Soft earth brown stares into soft cloud grey, she does not understand why she can't break away. Can't figure out why every time he is close her heart jumps and her body heats up. She would contest to this day and more of her attraction to him. She won't go through what she once did, it would be personal torture, but she was at this point masochist. She likes to hurt, to fight without winning, it was enticing and so heart filling. Rather dark for her to enjoy such suffering, to be his and for him to love her, he couldn't do that. She knows it, he can't love, he does not know what that is and yet she continues, pursues a dead end.

Even if he had stepped away from her hand, backings away from her obvious want to touch him. She had totally forgotten that her dog had left, her attention fixated on tobi. She was alone now, no shield in-between them, leaving her vulnerable to his taunts. Lush brown bolts of hair are clear from her exposed neck, falling to her back. His fingers had brushed and he had not retracted his finger. Even when her power introduces itself into his blood stream, he lingers there somewhat enjoying it. A victorious smile does slip to her face, her eyes brimming with a silent rejoice. She even smiles wider, oddly enough as she ears something close to a purr. She had not anticipated him getting so close behind her. Not that she minded but her skin did make goose bumps with his heat sinking into her back. While she closed her eyes and stayed there, her back to his chest, her next exposed. He asks her where she lived now, breaking this moment into shattered glass. Did she really want to tell him where she now sleeps most likely naked beneath her Egyptian silk sheets?  "I live with my Brother " she gives him, not a full answer. She was trying to keep simple, even if she itched to tell him, if these means he would visit.  " in Anacosta Heights " She rolls her eyes to the sky, unable to find the force to stay at that, she adds. Why could she just walk away from him? Just leave him to his misery and hers, her own, why did she need him? Her life was fine and desolate before she met him, but now it was like ruining her life if she stayed away.

She is taken back by the way he looks at her, in soft of awe for her power. It wasn't much, nothing but a small flame dancing in the palm of her hand, quite docile compared to her true force. She would often go into a park at night and dance while controlling ribbons of fire, both in sync in each move and twirl. She sees him outstretching, wanting to touch the flame he is so fascinated with. She turns her flame blue, then orange before she calls it back to her skin. Small cloud of smoke is left in its wake, while returning to her skin, her body heating up with delight. "not a....monster.......i have seen .... monsters, you do not look .... like them" he says, either he was complimenting her or making an obvious observation. for a moment she felt her heart warm up with an enthralling adoration for tobi. it was like his words, meant everything , discarding everything any could ever say, his was right. it was stupid to feel this way or to think this way, but her heart would win this round over her mind. she closes her eyes as he plays with a small linen of her hair, twisting it around his finger. the gesture is soft despite its owner, even quite relaxing. "No...touching." he repeats once more, she stays without a doubt absorbed in his gentle demeanor. She tenses up as his lips brush against her neck, surprised by this sudden affection in public. she wasn't use to this, to him and his affection of course she wasn't aware of his true intention.

She leans almost into his lips, enjoying their warm and soft texture as they caress like a gentle breeze. until the sharp pain that comes next drives her away from lalala land. She takes a sharp intake when the pain crushed her senses. his teeth had drawn blood, she could feel the hot ruby droplets slowly easing their way to dive down her neck. fallowed by a sharp shriek resembling a ouch and a few muffled curses, before she even speaks to tobi. " What in bloody nations is wrong with you, that hurt you prick" she growls slightly as her hand covers her wound. she does not hesitate to turn around and eye him down, seize her opportunity to slap him. while she seizes him he is already looking around nervous. he should be nervous of how much she as gotten brave, because she was totally thinking of running him over. "Stupid....things....coming back." he says worried. she on the other hand was left in disbelief, what was so wrong with this boy and her for not chocking him to death now. he dares not eye her and looks to her car. she gave up, being mad at him was to much energy. "Can...you drive it?" he was asking her if she could drive her, of course she can, he can watch her leave. without further due, she smacks him hard on the arm, before walking down to her car. she tosses a few words over her shoulder, while keeping a nice pressure on her bite wound. " Yes i can, AND I AM DRIVING AWAY WITH IT" she stomps all her way to the car, her dog already sitting up.

She opens the door for her dog, he jumps in the back seat and she slips into the drivers. why wasn't she leaving or stepping on the gas pedal, that was beyond her. as if she wanted the prick to get in, even after he bit her? god she was pathetic, it really had hurt and all she did was serve him a good smack. she was starting to think she needed a therapy, help from professionals at this point. but he did seem nervous about something, god, hopeless. she would stay only a few minutes more, if he came into the car fine, but she wasn't going to drag him here not after he had bitten her.
