West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Tetradore hardly bothered to answer the girl on what it was he so desired to show her. After all, such an explanation would only ruin the wonderment of those bright blue lights that so afflicted the otherwise obsidian water. No, he wanted her to experience the same awe that Tetradore himself had upon finding that color that danced within the white wash of the waves. Rather, Tetradore led the young woman under the docks, where the light of the moon was far dimmer and less able to impede upon that luminous color. He settled within the sand with a sort of reclining ease, willing enough to simply wait for what he was assured to come. His emerald eyes flickered over towards the young woman as she offered him a glance of curious uncertainty and yet, a small shrug merely crossed Tetradore's shoulders at Samantha's idle observation on his notion of 'dates'. "You're the first girl I've ever dated." He stated simply as a reminder and yet, that voice was void of any emotion - rather, he had come to accept that prior to now, this awkward experience of learning to date was something he had missed out on. Tetradore would, perhaps, keep in mind in the future if this one so failed to pan out in the fashion he had wanted it too. "You'll have to show me what acceptable dates are."

However, he hardly dwelled for long on his difficulty at so taking her on what came so easily to others of his gender, the man instead merely making himself comfortable upon the sand as his gaze remained focused upon the sea that laid out in front of them. Tetradore was oblivious of the young woman's desires for something more then what he was providing her, at least, rather, he was unaware of what that something more should consist of. Rather, he was content to simply wait for what he had intended to show her and though she inquired once again as to what it was, he kept his persistent silence. It took several long moments still before that first hint of blue began to dance upon the shores. That light immediately caught the man's attention and yet, he hardly commented on it yet. No, he would wait longer till there was enough of it that she noticed it. Still, he couldn't help the way the corner of his lips twitched upwards ever so slightly in the smallest of simpers.

It was several moments longer till that blue began to take over the shore, the light certainly noticeable and in but seconds he felt the movement of the woman at his side. That soft whispered word so drew his attention to her as he watched the girl simply observe the lights that danced in front of her. Slowly, Tetradore sat up, allowing her to place her head upon his shoulder as they simply watched the waves in front of them. The were-King glanced down at the woman that leaned against him as she inquired to what it was and yet, he could offer her little more than the slightest of shrugs. "I don't know. I just....found them and thought you'd like it." He paused, his gaze shifted back up towards the water in front of them. "Well, am I still bad at this dating thing?" Tetradore questioned, teasing her ever so slightly for so doubting him so early on.
