West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

It was a rare thing indeed that Tetradore might be coaxed into such games as this. That lanky boy relishing these few moments in when his Alpha seemed so distinctly determined to play with him in that hall of mirrors. The taller man moving to mimic his companion and attempt to be somewhat tree-like before he so made the mistake of turning side-on ad seeing his form disappear entirely. The utter shock of disappearing from view was perhaps more then he could bear, he panic upon his features surely clear as he began to turn rapidly in some effort to find himself again before this idea of his very existence seemed to settle within his mind. One hand reached for Tetradore's arm, drawing the man's attention to himself, posing this question of supposed reality before the panther gestured to the mirror behind him, declaring he'd better not look in that one. Tobias evidently inclined to do exactly what he shouldn't-glancing towards that bloating mirror with a cry of surprise once more. His features shifted quickly into a scowl of sorts. Several unintelligible mutterings falling from his lips now, Tobias distinctly mistrustful of this far rounder image of himself before Tetradore so declared that he too might lack existence.

This was, perhaps, far to greater thought for a mind akin to his own. Tobias struggling entirely with the idea now that neither of them was real. Then again, his own understanding of real was perhaps limited at the best of times, Tobias staring almost wide-eyed at the other man now as his mind so desperately struggled to make sense of any of this at all. Birdie saw him, he was sure, unless Birdie was not real either. Maybe no one was real. One hand lifted to run through his hair in a mimic of Tetradore himself- the boy having picked up such a mannerism from his companion in times of stress. His fractured mind trying to piece together the this existential crisis before his gaze turned to the man once with clear suspicion, his words a struggle both from the effects of those treats and too- from the sheer effort of thought such ideas had taken. The boy rarely given to afford his thoughts this much effort.

"Maybe.....Tobi is real....for Tetra and Tetra is real.....for Tobi."

This was, clearly, the solution to his mind. That both were real to one another but perhaps not real to anyone else. The Leopard in that moment assured it solved all their problems as his ever-curious mind fixated on something deeper within the maze, the boy determined to lead the way, oblivious to the idea he had lost his companion several turns back until he found himself within the centre of that maze, arms folding across his chest in some annoyance at his lack of companion. As if he as frustrated entirely with Tetradore's inability to keep up with his own idle wanderings. His shout for the man was met with his own name being called back in turn. Tobias pivoting in place in search for the direction the sound had come from- those mirrors that surrounded him reflecting his image back hundreds of times over until h eyed them with suspicion once more- as if one of them was perhaps calling his name instead! His lip pulled back slightly, baring his teeth towards those images as if this was warning enough to them not to play games with him before Tetradore calling for 'Marco' saw him pause once more. Marco? Who was Marco? He did not know this name. Tetradore had forgotten his name!

"Not Marco! It is...Tobi."

Where he was shouting he hardly knew. Tobias evidently unable to comprehend this game Tetradore had not yet taught him. The boy choosing to believe instead that his companion had instead forgotten his name was Tobias, the gangly deviant dropping to the ground to peer beneath that gap of mirror and grass, shouting towards his Alpha's feet that he was surely down here before Tetra appeared a moment later. Tobias demanding he try to slide beneath the mirrors, his companion getting barely his hand through before rolling onto his back in defeat, the boys dark gaze narrowing slightly. Tetra was not trying hard enough. No. Not trying. This command to jump the mirrors saw his own gaze drift upward, Tobias nodding before making some effort to pull himself to his feet only to be told to stop once more- the boy reappearing beneath those mirrors to eye his companion with no smaller manner of mistrust at these confusing orders before simply demanding Tetradore come to him. The murmured agreement had barely left the other mans lips before he disappeared, Tobias readily scowling once more only to suddenly be assaulted from above. A yelp drawn from within him.

"Tetra! You are.....making....me....crushed!"

The panther had landed firmly atop him. Tobias and his far lighter frame pinned to the grass beneath the other man now, protesting this attack and yet even within that drug-addled state the boy hardly made any effort to harm that single being he so seemed to find favour with. Tobias, even now, assured that Tetradore could surely do no wrong and that there was perhaps reason for this. Tetradore far too heavy and muscular to merely throw off him. Tobias managing to free his torso in the least- enough to turn about and eye the man laying sprawled across his back before a sudden grin danced upon his features.

"You found...me!"

Any and everything else was seemingly forgotten in the wake of this. Tobias lifting one hand to pat at Tetradore's head as if somehow rewarding the other man for his efforts. The boy waiting only so long as it took his Alpha to roll off him, allowing both men to find their way to their feet again at last within the centre of the maze. He had been oblivious, entirely, to the sound of someone else approaching. A carnival employee rounding the corner into the maze centre a moment later, the man so unfortunately dressed in a rather large clown costume. Tobias' eyes widening rapidly at the sight of this perceived monster emerging from the shadows, that colourful makeup and flamboyant outfit seeming all the more offensive to his already confused mind. The words of the man, telling them he was about to close this attraction down for the night were lost upon the boy entirely. The leopard entirely confused by the too-bright colours of that costume and the absurdity of the man's face in those layers of makeup. Tobias simply unable to work out what this being was as he seemed to waver between decisions, his voice a whisper (a loud one) to Tetradore then, eyeing that clown still as the man clearly waited for them to make their way to the exit.

"Is it....for eating?"

He was hungry. The realisation of this seeming to strike him suddenly. An effect of those earlier treats perhaps. The clown looking at him with a highly questioning look now and a clear frown before gesturing again to that exit- Tobias continuing to look towards Tetradore with clear expectation of some sort of....command in this. Dark eyes fixated upon that employee before his features frowned once more.

"Might taste...funny."
