West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

years I've walked in the coldest winds
from sorrow and pain I find my strength
the more I hurt, the clearer I see.

That near feral snarl filled his thoughts with the anger that had so penetrated every fiber of her being, the girl truly displeased with his demand that, for now, she stay her mighty claws. His death was not worth avenging, not yet. It was the last true gift that he would provide his sibling. However, Tetradore hardly intended to allow the young woman to remain angry at him, even if that pout that marred her features was altogether endearing. Rather, Tetradore rose, closing the small distance that existed between them as she settled his hands upon her hips, that singular word pressed into his thoughts. He hardly would have faulted her, really, if she had taken her revenge and yet, it pleased him that, for now, she was willing to so follow his request all the same. He was aware of that grumble that reverberated within his mind and yet, his forehead still learned forward to bump gingerly against her own in a small display of affection.

"I know." He uttered softly at the girl's insistence that it was not fair, what she so asked of him. If only she truly knew how utterly unfair this whole situation was. It was unfair that his now ex girlfriend had befriended the only enemy he truly held in the entire city. It was unfair that his sister had fallen in love with the man that had harassed his pack. It was unfair that Frost had even touched the female wolf in the first place. It was unfair that he had died all for his inability to rid himself of that heat Frost had subjected to. So much of this awful situation was unfair and, quite frankly, it was nice to hear someone else confirm those thoughts and emotions that had so afflicted him for months. He could feel the girl shift, pulling her head away from his only to land with a soft thud against his chest, pressing her ear against that steady beat of his heart. His arms rose ever so slightly, enveloping her within his embrace as that promise so filled his mind.

Softly, a chuckle reverberated on his lips, the man instead nodded in the wake of those words. "Ah, my little assassin." He uttered between those chuckles, his lips pulled into a rare but wholly warm smile as he continued, "If it happens next time, I fully expect you to fillet whomever brought about my death...and anyone who stands within your way." He knew well exactly what he was providing her permission with, just as well as he knew of the plausible individuals who might attempt to stop her. Still, it hardly mattered to him, the man still dealing with those feelings of betrayal at the knowledge of Frost and Nadya's relationship prior to his death. For her alone, he would provide Frost this one mercy. Next time, that couple would not be nearly as scathe free. Still, he forced his thoughts away from that young woman that so continued to thwart him, focusing instead upon the petite female within his arms. "What would make you feel better, Regan?" He inquired softly, an almost tender glimpse within the depths of those emerald eyes as he looked down at her, fully willing to make his absence up to her.
