West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

i'm not ashamed of my scars, i'm ashamed of the world for not understanding.

It had taken a little bit of time for the normal routine in the Ark could be just that, normal. Things had changed with the absence of their stoic Alpha. The fighting continued on within the Ark. After all it didn't take much work to keep it running. The patrons and fighters continued to come, spectators came to eat and drink, and all enjoyed placing a bet. What changed were the day-to-day tasks that went on inside the Ark away from prying eyes. Before Tetradore's death Raven had taken it upon herself to prepare their daily meals, cooking their favorite foods, or introducing them to a new dish. It was her way to have a purpose, it was her way to show she cared for them. With Nadya and Tetradore no longer in the Ark Raven no longer cooked their meals and the amount of food she made was small. Now with Tetradore back she stocked the fridge and pantry with his favorite, introducing his favorite food back into their meal plan. It had been a bit tricky for Raven to try and keep the various contracts and partnerships continuing after the death of Tetradore announced. Some gave her a fair shot. Others purposefully made it difficult for her to keep end of the bargain, and some simply left. She managed to keep things afloat and even increase their profits, and yet there was something Tetradore had that Raven couldn't replicate.

Now that everyone and everything was going back to a familiar routine it gave them time to do other things. It was still a bit difficult for the young woman to accept that Tetradore was really and truly alive. It still didn't seem believable. No one came back from the dead. It simply wasn't possible. And if this was a ruse, if this was a trick, then she would make sure he paid dearly for their treacly. The longer she watched him, the longer he stayed the more she felt comfortable in believing that it was really him. It still didn't make sense and maybe she ought to simply accept it. After all he did admit something to her on the night he returned, something she was assured no one else knew about. The invitation to spend another night with him, a promise he had told her before he died, was a sure sign as any that Tetradore was really who he said he was. She had never heard of Yellowstone National Park, but after a few days of research, she almost knew everything she possibly could about the place, and she had one particular spot in mind.

Tobias calendar remained pinned against the wall, each day slashed with a red marker. Why it was like that, she had no idea, but she had been mentally counting the day until it would be her time to go on an adventure with her Alpha. Earlier that day she spent as much time as she possibly could with her mate to make up for the time that would be lost tonight. With Jackal taking Tobias back down towards the ring it gave the woman enough time to grab some of the paper she printed to show the different natural attractions that made Yosemite a wonderful place to visit. Quietly she opened Tetradore's door, casually walking in and quite incapable of having a bounce in her step. Placing the paperwork carefully on his desk that showed meadows, mountains, and hot springs she looked up at him expectantly a small smile appeared as she spoke excitedly, her words tumbling out in a mad dash.

"Did you know there are so many pretty places within Yellowstone? They have this geyser that actually shoots water out of the ground! And then there is this Spring where the water is a rainbow, all because of the colored bacteria. They have their very own Grand Canyon too, and many mountains and valleys. There is even a volcano, they call it a super one I think you chose a really good place, and there is so much to do and so much to see! I'm sure you have other plans, but if possible can we pretty please go see a waterfall, I've never seen one before."

For a moment the eager and anxious person went very quiet for a moment, as if she realized she acting out of the ordinary. Of course her Alpha must have something in mind on where they were going to go and do. After all he was the one that had the idea in the first place to go to the National Park. Nervously she bit her lip as her she quickly grabbed her fingers and began to twist and turn around them, lowering her dial slightly to hide her face as her scarred cheeks flared to a soft pink. She had missed him, far more then perhaps anyone would understand. How could she not? They may have never been close, and it was perhaps mostly her fault, but she was willing to try, now that she was given a second chance. He may be her Alpha, and be her mate's best friend, but that didn't mean he was just those things, he could be perhaps more, maybe a trusted friend for both. Muttering softly she shyly spoke up.

"I'm sorry, I'm just really excited. I never thought I'd have this chance again."
