West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Spencer had no grudges against any species, to sum it up it was almost like he hated everyone. He could always point out their flaws, never their good qualities, mainly because he didn't want to. He believed everyone had some sort of different intent than what they appeared to have. It made him despise people, and besides that, he hated his past, and in a way, hated himself. He wanted to be better, to be good, but his bipolar anger problems always got in his way.

He tried to control himself but there were times he couldn't. The times his anger got to him, he regretted it every time he calmed down. He didn't make many friends, and more enemies at that. He tried to change, but lately he just didn't care anymore. If he blew up at someone, then oh well, perhaps they weren't meant to be his friend.

He found his way to Devils Den by mistake, but he wasn't going to pass up the opportunity to see what was there. Therefore, he climbed through the window and made his way through the rafters, and on the cat walk was where his eyes came to rest on the four legged beast. He smirked as it stood up; obviously wanting to defend what was hers. "Leave?" He questioned, crossing his arms over his chest, "But I just got here,"

The Warlock moved slowly, taking a step near her, his right hand by his side as he prepared to use his magic. "Plus you look lonely, don't you want some company?" He mused and he gave her a smile of pearly whites. Right now he was trying to be nice, but he knew that even the smallest thing would set him off, so she needed to tread lightly.

His eyes flicked around, taking in the different escape routes. Right now, this creature was going to be his toy, and he knew there was a chance that she would try to leave. Once he found all routes, he knew he would be able to block them all with his fire, keeping her contained. "I thought we would play a game," He chuckled as he took another couple steps towards her, hoping to back her into a wall.

Maybe there was a point that crossed his mind where he could become friends with her, but what would be the fun in that? He saw the opportunity for something much more interesting, and Spencer wasn't the kind to pass up opportunities to have a little fun. She probably wouldn't be too thrilled, but hey, that was the price others paid when they met the warlock.
