West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

i'm not ashamed of my scars, i'm ashamed of the world for not understanding.

Raven was not the type that always jumped in at every opportunity in social situations. Rather she was quite content to simply observe others, not bothered at all to stay on the outside. Only when she comfortable would she participate. As of now she was providing Alexis time to converse with her, very attentive and energetic friend, keep herself entertained with the balloons. Listening to Abby explain why this particular small fruit was her favorite, was a bit amusing. Fruit could taste like candy, sometimes. Fruit could even be used with desserts, and their addition always made the treat much sweeter. If there was one food she knew she could eat without it being stolen from her, it was fruit. Although her mate had a tendency to hide her food, by placing it in the trash, or at least that was his excuse. The woman made a mental note to try this particular fruit that Abby loved so much. With a nod she returned her focus to the presents. Why Alexis was smirking at her, she didn't know, and yet she wasn't nervous about it. Those pretty wrapped items seemed innocent.

As Abby opened up the boxes of delicious cupcakes, she was pleasantly assaulted by their delectable scents. Sweets were a rarity to the lupine. Any kind of sweet she wished to have for herself was usually pilfered. Having a cupcake for herself, without the need to devour so quickly, or look over her shoulder was quite a wonderful thing. Happily she ate into her cupcake a little bit too quickly, accustomed to eating it without alerting others within her home of a treat she had for herself. Easily she plucked up one of the red velvet ones, taking another bite quite pleased with it. They could give the boys some of the leftover cupcakes, but Raven knew that if they hid any, they would be discovered. Hiding sweets was quite an impossible feat to achieve. That Alexis felt certain that it was possible was sweet in a way, but Raven knew the sad truth. It was surpsing to hear that the two of them met at the Ark, right under her nose. What male accompanied Abby did leave her puzzled, but before she could ask about it, Abby inquired about living in the cargo ship. With a smile and a nod, she cheerfully responded.

"Yea, living in the Ark is fun. It was like a maze the first few months of being there."

The mention of the balloons did cause Raven to look back at the green ones tethered together around the room. Finishing up her cupcake, she looked back over at the treats. It would be rude of her to go for a third and yet, she had a very emotion turn only a few hours ago. Eating sweets and having some friendly company was a much needed remedy. Shaking her head, she looked back over at Abby.

"No, but I like the balloons. Do you think she should open up her presents, Abby?"
