West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

The focus of that deviant boy remained largely upon that bag of candy he had produced. Tobias having become largely indifferent to Henry in that moment. After all, he had established those rules, that unspoken understanding that Henry existed beneath him on that metaphorical hierarchy and with Tetradore's approval of the man Tobias saw little need to engage with him further. His attention span a decidedly limited thing at the best of times and yet- perhaps in this moment such a thing was largely positive. To be ignored by the likes of Tobias was surely a far more desirable position then to hold the boys attention. Such things so rarely ending well. His fractured thoughts and volatile nature so often resulting in those more violent outbursts that even their staff had come to recognise, the boys sheer wealth of power so resulting in an utterly formidable explosion of chaos in those moments where he did not chose to like a being presented to him. It was his singular desire to so please his best friend however and indeed Tetradore's declaration that Henry was his that so seemed to prompt the felines ready acceptance of that new addition into their pack with a near faultless ease.

Those dark eyes glanced readily upwards then, meeting the emerald of his companions own, that momentarily wordless conversation existing between the pair as it had done so since they were merely children of five years old, Tobias plucking that candy he so innately new Tetradore desired from that selection to place the sour worms within his hand. The panther's demeanour shifting so subtly into something slightly more content and so relaxing Tobias further in turn. One hand reached easily upward, brushing aside those long strands of black hair from his equally dark eyes, those thick locks so desperately in need of being cut, the boys utter refusal to allow scissors near him so surely seeing such a task continually laid to the side and only allowing that ever-wild look to persist. His fingers so neatly plucked that chocolate from within the bag then, that borrowed power seeing those pieces float effortlessly towards his girlfriend, affording his Birdie those treats as she moved to stand behind his own chair. Tobias remained largely oblivious to the internal fretting of the woman, the man simply unable to process those emotions nor understand their expression, such depth of thought outside his ability. The man merely seeking to sooth what limited understanding he had of her worry with those treats before a singular gummi bear was offered in much the same fashion to Henry.

Those dark eyes flickered briefly from Henry only to return to his chosen Alpha, the boy commenting upon Henry so being 'nice' as if the other man was merely a piece of pleasing furniture Tetradore had acquired before asking after his ability to fight. After all, fighting was something Tobias understood well. The Ark so filled with those sounds and the scent of spilled blood each and every night. There was something...bestial in those nights that so readily seemed to appeal to that deviant boy. That simple wildness within himself relishing those brawls, especially those evenings Tetradore and himself so fought side by side, their names having rested undefeated atop that doubles tournament for years. Few fighters ever earning that privilege of standing against them with none yet ever managing to best that pair since they day they had murdered that last King of The Ring. The utter dominance of the pair well known. Raven's own skills well respected in turn. Tobias simply seeking to understand just where henry fit as the man moved to take that offered gummi bear. That soft assurance from Tetradore that Henry 'probably' did not fight was met with an almost curious head tilt from the younger man, Tobias' gaze turning back upon Henry then as the man announced he tried to steer clear of fighting. It was several long moments before those words seemed to find place within the gangly boys mind, an irritable huff of sorts erupting from within him before the boy so began to mutter to himself as was his habit, those words making truly little sense as he plucked another treat from that bag, another sour worm silently handed to Tetradore as Raven asked after the night ahead. Tobias so seemingly having lost interest in the conversation altogether.

So many of those words were lost upon him entirely, singular phrases alone so managing to stand out and yet the boy so seemingly hardly cared to interact. At least until that mention of the full moon. Until that anxiety seemed to taint Henry's form. He could smell that worry. That fear on the other man. Even if he hardly understood the cause of it, his head so suddenly lifting once more, that flash of leopard gold flaring within the depths of his own gaze as that animalistic part of himself so responded to that scent. Raven's worry, it seemed, of the boy so preying upon it were perhaps entirely founded. Why was Henry afraid? Afraid of what? His gaze searching that room as if expecting to see some enemy he need protect them from. After all- it was his job to protect. Tobias rose near swiftly from that chair then, a single step bringing him easily to Henry once more, his towering frame standing over the man as his gaze so firmly held his own. That Henry feared that change, that pain and that uncertainty that came with the full moon was utterly lost upon a boy that would surely never understand it, that aggressive edge lingering upon his frame and yet this was Tetradore's.....thing. It would surely displease him to have it injured. Henry was....family. Had to protect him.

"Why.....is.....Henry...scared?"

That edge to his frame had readily dissipated even despite the way that scent of worry still seemed to linger. That Henry was pack so apparently enough to sooth the boys normally volatile mood. Pack was pack. Pack came before all else. This he understood. Pack mates were not...for eating. Probably. Tobias remained beside the man still, one hand reaching suddenly out to take Henry's own in that silence that followed, so encouraging the man to hold it up and beside his own as Tobias' abruptly shifted, those fingernails on his own hand giving way to leopard claws in a near instant, his skin shifting just enough to show those tell-tale Leopard spots without allowing that fur to break through. Tobias one of the few possessing enough control of his form to allow that partial shifting. His gaze so glancing up to henry again, though whether the man understood at all remained to be seen.

"Is....about....control. Not need.....be scared.....of animal. See? Tobi.....can teach. Tobi....is probably....the best."

Well. Someone had evidently paid more attention to that conversation then it appeared he had, some part of the boy seeming to have perceived at least some of Henry's worry and in a decidedly rare show of.....companionship, the boy had simply moved to alleviate it. His own lips twitched in what was clearly an effort to smile, the look entirely 'off', the boy holding it for barely a second before his features seemed to become bizarrely expressionless once more. He never had been good at those social interactions and yet he was trying. Even if only to remove that fear from Henry so purely to bring himself comfort.

"Henry.....will.....learn. Not need to be....scared. Family look after....family."
