West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Honestly, the woman wasn't even angry he had managed to throw a punch in her wounded side. She was pleased he had taken the opportunity to put her off balance, it showed that he had training in his past. Perhaps he was a bit rusty, he needed some fine tuning and a way to sharpen that anger into something more. He could be so much more if he allowed someone to help him. As she lays there, gasping for her breath, she finally struggles to a sitting position, smiling at him delightedly as her hand presses against her side, silver blood coating her hand, though she hardly cares, let alone pays attention to her stinging wound. His response has a small chuckle rolling off her tongue as she glances up at his wolfish grin, animosity absent in his stance as well for a change. Clearly, the two needed to train more often to bring the best out in each other.

Again, she smiles at him, amusement so dancing in her eyes at his response, "Oh please, that was just a lucky hit," she teases him, "Though, I can't deny that it was very opportunistic," she admits, shifting her hand briefly to inspect the bandage. The blood had already stopped flowing, though she knew she needed to change the bandage. As she states she wants to go again, she frowns up at him, slightly disappointed as he even denies her training she offered. The training she assumed he would turn down, but the fact that he turned down another duel makes her brow arch at him. "Why not?" she asks, her eyes traveling his sweat slicked frame before moving to his eyes, "That was fun. Admit it, you liked it," she comments with a shrug, ignoring the stretching of her wound in that moment.

"Didn't it feel good to put me on my back?" she taunts him hardly realizing her words held a sexual note until after they finished rolling off her tongue. Grinning broadly up at him, she pushes it away, hardly caring how the man took the meaning of her words. After a moment, she watches him move forward, reaching down to grasp her wrist. A normal person would have accepted the fact that Lazarus was merely helping her up, but she can't help that panic that so wells on her features. Her hand drops from her wound as she slaps his arm away, successfully wresting her wrist from his grip as she crawls backwards quickly, her breaths coming in ragged gasps as undiluted fear so coats her scent for a moment, "Don't. Touch. Me." she hisses at him, attempting to cool that defensive fire that so boils in her stomach.

Unable to get herself under control, flames appear around her hands as she quickly crosses her arms over her stomach, bowing her head as she fiercely tried to keep that energy from taking out her warehouse. Panic. Fear. Anger. Such emotions that triggered her fire, and even if she had managed to control it to an extent, there would always be moments like these where she couldn't get herself under control. Pulling her legs up to her chest, she puts her forehead to her knees and draws in gasping breaths, "Get out!" she snarls at him, hardly caring that she was being rude, that whatever moment they just had was ruined, solely by the fact she couldn't keep that fear at bay.

She would feel guilty later, being unable to explain that she was fearful of being touched. The wrapping of his hand around her wrist bringing back so many memories of Ivan taking his anger and pleasure out on her, not caring that she didn't want it. She couldn't explain to him in that moment as her magic wrestled with her emotions, all she knew was that he needed to get out. The assassin wasn't capable of hurting herself, her flames hardly touching her clothes or burning her skin, yet, they could burn him, something she had already done. Glancing up, her eyes burning fiercely with that magic she so held at bay, "I said get out!" she growls at him again, before pushing herself to a standing position, her arms wrapped around her stomach as she marches her way up the stairs, wrenching up the door and slamming it behind her.
