West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

you could rattle the stars.
you could do anything,
if only you dared

The woman might have inquired more, pushed the man and his vague answers, even as her eyes fill with concern, brows drawn downward in a frown. Yet, it's almost entirely forgotten when he simply redirects the conversation to her disappearance. It was a simple evasive maneuver and if she still wasn't coming down from the high of traveling, she might have called him out on it, told him they were talking about him first, not her. But, she can't help the sudden excitement that so coats her features as she explains where she had been, missing the way Tetradore regards her with a new look, his brow raising ever so slightly. Vhalla was too wrapped up in her own excitement to notice.

As the man remains silent, she just barely catches the sigh of disappointment but before she can comment on it, Tetty responds to her, Vhalla merely offering a shrug in return, her lips upturned in a grin. "It was amazing, I think I'm a little too much for the world though," she laughs a little, remembering those lonely nights she spent away. Her dreams and thoughts had been full of Dorian and Sebastian, even Sam from time to time, and most importantly, Tetradore. She couldn't get the damn man out of her head and as much as she hated to admit it, she came back for a number of reasons, Tetty being at the very top of that list. Though, she was entirely unsure if she would voice that reason.

Yet, honesty finds her lips and the even goes as far to apologize, her eyes softening slightly, a look she hardly afforded many people. And as she rattles off that declaration that she simply could not stop thinking about him, she should have braced herself for the lack of response from the dark man. Tetradore never spoke much, let alone shared his own feelings with her. She has to bite back the disappointment that threatens to spill across her features, but she can't deny the jest the man drops. Vhalla even affords a small chuckle at his response, successfully covering that dissatisfaction within her eyes. She should have known better, and yet, there was a hope that still remained within her. They had had something before she left, yet the woman should've known that feelings and desires could change as quickly as the weather did.

Sitting back briefly into her chair, she offers him a sidelong glance, "Oh, I can assure you Ivan won't be sending me away again. I don't think he cared to have me out of his sight for so long," she shrugs casually, reaching over to pick at his food again but thinks better of it before dropping her hand again. As her blue eyes return to the man, her gaze snagging on his messy dark locks, "Look, I know things are... complicated, especially with Ivan in the picture," she pauses, reaching a hand up to tuck her white hair behind her ear in an almost nervous gesture, "But I'm willing to at least try and make... well, whatever this is, work," she finally states, her eyes a bit wary as she watches him carefully. Never had she ever stated something so bold, something that might bring her an inkling of happiness.
