West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

What You'll Find Here

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Vitani was not what one might be considered as a... social butterfly. Not in the least. It was only ever just another one of the fae woman's many masks that she would find herself so inclined to wear under the circumstances that might best fit the occasion. Naturally, living the lavish life of the upper class, she'd seen her fair share of balls and garden parties. She'd walk between couples and groups, joining some before moving away and onto the next with all the effortless - if not expected - grace that could surpass nearly any other woman at these quaint little events. She'd partake in pointless conversations about the fleeting fancies of those high society folk, laughing at the current fashions or the gossip that seeped from the lips of just about everyone there at those gatherings. And, of course, how would the fae woman fit in if there was not common talk and gossip about none other than herself? She didn't need to have been born fae for those ever so sensitive ears to catch those soft whispers as men and women alike would watch her, cast a side glance or two her way. She'd be subject to the envy of more women that she had ever cared to count, and she'd been the cruel temptress to even more men. After all, she wouldn't take him just anyone. Money and status were the deal breakers for Vitani unless she just so happened to be after something else entirely.

It was that very "something else" that had drawn the fae woman from those more common hunting grounds of hers to the lesser streets where she couldn't be more certain she would find what she sought. West Sacrosanct was certainly not a place that the femme fatale would be frequenting often, the diners here surely disgustingly bland in their dishes and even less satisfactory in the beings that wandered the almost entirely abandoned streets. Here, there was wariness in the eyes of those that did walk here, some leaning casually against graffiti-covered walls with hooded jackets drawn, Vitani easily pegging then for the drug dealer types. She was hardly concerned with the seething glares aimed towards the limousine, not needing to wield the power of mind-reading to know that they loathed her for all that she had and they so obviously didn't. Here, it was easy for an individual of her wealth and class to make enemies without so much as a word on her part. All the more reason for her to prowl these streets in search for a particular brand of company. When she'd spotted him, pale peridot eyes near instantly locking upon the man as she commanded her driver to stop the vehicle, Vitani knew she'd found what she wanted.

Perhaps it was "faerie sense", and perhaps it was simply the air with which he carried himself that has her almost entirely certain he would do perfectly. She walks with all the grace of the huntress that she could be, that beauty undeniable even to those who would watch her from across the run-down steet with that disdain and jealousy written so obviously upon their faces. She spared none even the faintest of flickering looks, almond eyes dressed perfectly in that black eyeliner, long lashes painted precisely in matching mascara fixated upon the man dressed in those dark clothes and black leather jacket. There was a smoldering flame in those brilliant amber eyes of his, a shadow of wickedness on the way that he snickers when she closes the remaining distance between them, forearms dressed in those long silken ebony gloves brought to her front as slender hands fold neatly into one another. When she's standing there before him, Vitani allows for her gaze to travel that strong frame, appraising the way that his ensemble fit him perfectly, noting how the shirt beneath the black leather seemed slightly strained the suggest that he was toned and well-defined, daring to imagine what he might look like without all that pesky clothing concealing the hardened muscle that surely hid there, a coy smile dancing across pink lips at very thought. Just because she was hardly looking for a man to share her bed tonight didn't mean that she couldn't consider the fae man in such a light.

Standing there before the man, her boldness hardly affording the man much personal space, she watches as he reaches into the front pocket of his unzipped leather jacket to retrieve another cigarette from the paper package before placing it back into its proper place before extending to her the lighter. Those gruff British words were hardly needed as she easily reached to take the light from him, taking another daring step closer so that they're nearly brushing against one another as she pressed the trigger and that small flame sparks to life, igniting the cigarette. Her smile shifts into something impish then as her slender hand reaches into the pocket, fingers slipping into the pocket to return the device, though not without running her hand over the bulge of his pectoral. His next string of words are heard by Vitani as he goes to draw a large inhale of his cigarette before turning to breathe out the gray plume of strong scented smoke, Vitani smirking wickedly up at him like the vixen that she was."You could say that", she purrs up to the man in reply as she continued to regard him with those pale green eyes of hers.

He looked strong, capable of many things however harmless or not. It would easily explain why it was that the fae woman with those long platinum blonde locks cascading elegantly over her right shoulder and down to a petite waist had been drawn to him. It was that near certainty simply by looking him over and finding those shadows in otherwise fierce amber eyes that almost entirely assured Vitani he would be all that she would want. For now. She'd previously been content to lead a relatively quiet life in the places she'd settled before Sacrosanct, a significant amount of time having passed her by since last she'd fed that more devious side to her that craved to take what she wanted from this city. While she was doing just fine stealing hearts, draining them for all that they were worth to her before casting them aside, it was all just... pocket change, and the femme fatale was hardly above admitting to herself that she was gluttonous and greedy, a sinner disguised as an angel. It worked well for her after all this time, so why stop? In fact, why not live a little more dangerously? But, in order to do that, she found herself requiring affiliates to make things even more interesting. And it was going to be starting with the fae man in front of her.

The fae man furrows his brows at Vitani, accented words posing the same question she'd offered him, seemingly content to ignore the fae woman. She permits this for now, instead offering him an almost coquettish smile."As it just so happens, I find myself seeking something I have yet to find in my usual dominion. And I have to say...", she beings in silken words as she trails her hand along the sinew of his forearm, lowering her gaze to appraise that well-muscled arm befriending lifting pale peridot eyes back up to burning amber."I'm rather pleased with what I seem to have found", she continues in words dripping with honey as they fell easily, gracefully from gently parted lips. He then locks his predatory gaze with hers, and she meets that look equally as if in silent challenge. Let him try and read beyond that which she allowed for him to see. Let him try and read into her. He would only be met with utter failure, disappointment or intrigue bound to follow if he was what she thought in that moment as she can feel a faint shift in the air between them. Her coy smile only grows ever so slightly as he seems to realize she wasn't the average fae woman, his gravelled tones only confirming what she'd assumed he'd been up to. So, she intrigued him did she? A daring and satisfied smile finds her lips now as she watches him with her own mild intrigue."I could say the same for you. So, do you intend on telling me what it is that has you walking these petty streets? It's hardly proper to keep a lady waiting for an answer, you know", she says smoothly to him, once again asking what was that he was doing here as well, Vitani certainly not the sort that was keen.on having to ask the same thing twice, though she was... willing to give him one more chance to give her what she wanted from him.
