West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

i used to rule the world

seas would rise when i gave the word

For all his abilities to win wars against all odds, to predict the movements of his enemies, and for all the lifespans he had lived, Alexander had certainly not expected to see his girlfriend streak across that park and towards the forest with hardly a piece of fabric on the entirety of her body. For a moment, he had lingered upon that hillside with a wholly baffled look upon his features as her words slowly began to set in. The Macedonian King had been demoted to a mere knight. The whole prospect of it all amused the man quite greatly, enough to prompt those slow and steady steps towards that very treeline that Alexis had disappeared within. Her own affinity seemed to embrace her in that moment, providing her with that stealthy ability to hide her from the man. His own words to her were teasing, in sound alone, and yet, Alexander was entirely sincere of his capability to so hunt the woman. After all, he was quite near made for this. He was trained to be that very definition of his species' namesake. This was certainly no different then any of the other times he had so snuck through the darkness to find his intended prey - except, of course, that he fully suspected this one to end differently.

The teasing tone to her voice near echoed amongst the trees, the Dark Hunter was entirely unable to help that small shake of his head. Those words were clearly meant to spark a fire within him and yet, he hardly made a great effort to focus on the origins of that sound. After all, it was rather clear the woman knew exactly what she was doing. The simple use of her affinity within his presence was enough to inform Alexander all he needed to know both of her power and her dedication tonight. For a moment, those blue-green eyes scanned the treeline, the man entirely focused upon those other senses he held, ones entirely unique to his own species. He knew she was nearby, he could feel it, he simply had to trust that gut instinct. After all, it had never led him astray before. It hardly took the Macedonian King all that long to find her trail. A few feet in one direction for the feeling to fade, a few more this way and that for those senses to readjust. Those giggling sounds helped, at least, to keep him in the general area and yet, soon enough, the strength of those instincts near slammed into the hunter, informing him well that he was close.

It had certainly occurred to the man that the trail the young vixen was so leading him on seemed to be more...circular in nature. That simple facet alone caused his thoughts to twist and turn in consideration. Anticipating her next move, then, should be relatively....easy, given the circumference she seemed to be moving at. He trailed behind that very path she led him on, the Hunter simply waiting for the shift of that wind, anything that might give him the upper hand against her own unique species. It was only once that breeze dropped that Alexander moved, easily shifting his path to cut across that forest, his steps chosen with delicate care. He could hear that girlish giggle as she paused behind a tree, the Hunter unable to help that grin upon his features as he snuck up towards the opposite side of that tree. His hand moved easily to the girl's wrist before she could dash off on him again, "Found you." He muttered in that huskey foreign voice before his lips brushed altogether sweetly against hers, his free hand reaching for those very clothes she had so stolen from him. Alexander was certainly not beyond using that very affection she so often seemed to thirst for as a distraction.
