West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

He felt sick to his stomach with what he was seeing but he knew he needed to keep himself in check if he was going to get the vampire out of here alive. He only knew of some of the torture they had put on her while she was here. But what he was seeing....it went beyond anything he could have imagined. But he wouldn't flinch to get her out of here. He feared for her life. He could be downright cold sometimes, but he wasn't a killer. He hated that part of himself that knew deep down that was a lie but he would continue to fight it however he could, starting with saving these vampires cause they didn't deserve this. No one did. He waited for her nod before he started undoing the chains that bound her. He could see her body tensing with pain and he frowned, wishing he could take it all back. He bit his lip to keep from apologizing, knowing it would do neither of them any good. He just needed to get her out of there.

He got the chains from her ankles and moved to her arms, undoing those and then the ones around her neck before he moved to the mask. He hesitated only a second before unclasping it and removing it and the muzzle from her face. Swallowing, he tried not to look at her too long now that he could see her face, afraid that she would see him and think of the other witches and warlocks and what they had done to her. Maybe she would want to take it out on him. Served him right for being the first face she'd probably seen in who knows how long? For all he knew, the cowards probably kept everything on her when they were torturing her just so she couldn't identify them.

Shaking the thoughts away, he sighed and reached down for her shoulder to gently pull her up. He cringed at the pain she was probably feeling as he went to slip his shoulders beneath her arm so he could hold her up, more sure than ever now that she didn't have much strength to her at all. It was like they'd practically drained her. She felt light as air and it only made him more sick to his stomach. "I'm going to get you out of here. Trust me." He whispered and he wasn't sure if he was whispering it more for her benefit or his own, as if he could will her to trust him or something. Fat chance. He moved her toward the door and as they stepped out into the medical chamber, he was greeted with the medic. He froze for a second, eyes widening in shock at the man who stared right back at him. It was all he needed.

He twitched his hand and a strong gust of wind blew the man into the wall behind him, his head knocking against it with an audible clink that made Christian cringe. He sighed again and slowly moved forward, still trying to hold her up as they stepped around the man's body. He wasn't moving but Christian felt for air in his lungs. He was still breathing, shallow, but there. Exhaling in relief, he situated Isolt more comfortable on his shoulders and continued into the caverns, hoping against hope that they wouldn't run into anyone else. He was just about to turn the corner that led toward the exit. "Almost there." He whispered to the redhead. But he froze when he heard the screams....screams of his coven dying.
