West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Maybe she didnt know enough about the wolf in this form cause she didnt understand the woman standing in the arena. She was nothing like the wolf Malia had met in the woods. She seemed more timid, less sure of herself. Once she shifted though, she was a whole different kind of beast. She was savage, killing monkeys left and right like they were going out of style. Malia could cheer on that Raven. She didnt know what to do with the creature that had been standing there cringing every time someone got hurt before.

The monkey pack or whatever you would call a shifter pack that consisted of monkey shifters, was losing a lot more members than anyone else. She saw a few innocent bystanders in the crowd that looked injured but she was sure between her, Frost and the staff members of the Ark, they'd probably injured just as many as anyone else. Everyone still left in the Ark was fair game by this point.

At one point, she was sure she saw Raven even snarl at her own staff members, but then one of them yelled something at her and she shook her head like she was confused or something. The monkeys were trying to overwhelm her within seconds but she looked like she was handling it. If anything, Malia would say she seemed to be having fun with it.

Meanwhile Frost and her were having quite the conversation though their pack bond since she was still in her Were form. She called him out on punching someone then shaking his hand. She smirked and barked a laugh in response. She could see amusement in his eyes. "You bet i did." She answered back through the bond, her blue eyes glittering. She stayed beside him through the crowd for the most part, biting at any ankles or paws that got in her way just as he told her. They were in a hurry since Louie could change his position at any minute. They needed to get to the top of those stairs.

Of course someone had to worry about who was allowed where at a time like this and she stepped in between her alpha and the stranger, letting them know without words that she wasnt going to allow them anywhere near Frost. Then he spoke in his alpha voice and it seemed to get the persons attention, even though they were not in his pack. They rushed off to do as he told and Malia chuffed in approval.

They made it to the balcony then but Frost started doing something on his phone and Malia made a noise of irritation. He told her he was letting Tetradore know about the roof and she shrugged. "He might like surprises. You never know." She grinned. When he gave her the cue to blast off, to speak, she didn't hesitate. It had been growing and was all she could think about so it was a relief to finally let that store of power out. It took out a good portion of the roof, doing what it was supposed to do by sending Louie down to Raven's waiting jaws. She didn't get to see how that went though cause next thing she knew, the floor was crumbling around her. She heard Frosts curse but she didn't want to open her eyes. She had to believe that Frost could keep himself from dying.

She started to fall but then she felt someone's hand close around her scruff. She bit her tongue to fight the urge to bite the hand, fighting her instinct to defend herself cause she knew in the back of her mind that it was Frost trying to hold her up. She opened her eyes and glanced up at him just in time to see him look over his shoulder. She knew instantly something wasnt right, the urgency in their pack bond and the look on his face enough to make her hackles stand on end and a growl reverberate in her throat. She listened to his voice and pricked her ears, giving him a nod that she knew he could see as he grabbed her with both hands and started to pull her up. She braced herself, ready for anything.

Suddenly she was catapulted over him and her ears flattened to her skull when she saw the monkeys. A snarl burst from her chest right on impact and as to monkeys went down beneath her and a third was sent tumbling back into the wall. She took one monkeys head in her mouth and squeezed before he could react, not stopping till she heard the audible crack of his skull. The second monkey screamed in fury and reached up to try to strangle her. Snarling, she backed up, tossing her head and when he went swinging, she snatched his tail in her mouth and jerked, sending him back to the ground. From there, she held his body down with her paw and angled her head, lunging down to latch onto his throat. She yanked it out without a second though, blood spraying her chest and neck as he gurgled his last breath. Then the third screamed in grief and launched at her with some broken piece of wood. She jerked back as it swung the wood wildly before stabbing it at her. Snarling, she dodged but felt it scrape her front leg, drawing blood. She lunged in to grab the piece of wood in her mouth and she caught the monkeys hand too. Snarling as she yanked back, the monkey screamed in pain, swatting at her face and eyes with its other hand. When it started to gouge her eye, she pressed her jaws tighter, the wood splintering and snapping and the monkey screamed more, his hand being reduced to crunched up bone and meat at the same time.

Taking the opportunity, she launched forward, knocking the monkey down as she continued to drag it by its hand. It tried to grab her leg and tail but she spun around, swinging the monkey by its arm before she slung it straight over Frosts shoulder as he got up, its screams reduced to silence with the wet splat sound from the floor below. She didnt have a chance to see what happened cause Frost was getting to his feet, saying they had a riot to end. She sniffed and nodded, ignoring the blood trickling down her leg as she turned with him to the stairs. She followed him down, darting forward at the flick of his wrist. Snarling, she dove into the fray, latching onto legs and feet to get the Weres and people moving. She continued her assaults all the way to the ring where she then leaped through the ropes and joined Frost who now held a large pipe in his hands. Her ears flattened at the large sound as he hit the ring with the pipe, a growl reverberating in disapproval. She eyed it suspiciously once the sound died down, her hackles still up as she circled, ready and willing to put herself between Frost and any danger.

Her gaze swept toward Raven if only to know what the big wolf was up to before she turned her glare on Louie as Frost spoke. She glanced up at her alpha as he told her about blood for blood. It was a law she knew well. She nodded in agreement, curling her lips in a grin of sorts as she licked her blood stained lips and quirked a brow at Louie. Oh yes, there would be justice. She scowled as she noticed the glass in the wolf's eye, her eyes softening in concern. She didnt have a lot of luck before with helping her before but she still felt bad. Frost asked Raven what the sentence should be and Malia waited impatiently, her weight shifting but Frost only turned to her then, asking what she thought. In answer, she snarled and snapped the air in front of her, her eyes glittering with the obvious answer. She thought he should die, but Frost as right. An alpha should decide. She rolled her eyes with a sigh and stomped her paw but looked up at Frost, talking through their pack bond. "I GUESS we can wait on Tetradore. It's his decision." She sniffed in distaste and rolled her shoulders. She definitely didnt think he should walk free, whether he had to swim for it or not. That was too much freedom for her liking.
