West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

The gentle squeeze upon his shoulder drew Sterling's gaze upwards towards his boyfriend as Henry encouraged him to confide in his friend with any inquiry that might linger upon his mind. A small frown crossed his features before Sterling slowly bobbed his head in response. He watched as Henry moved away from him, putting distance between the two before the young woman shifted to settle in the chair beside him. His bright blue eyes focused on her as she sighed. Uh oh. That wasn't a good sign, was it? He was, admittedly, almost taken back by the young woman as she made an effort to reassure her, vocally accepting those very fears he had dared not to speak out loud to Henry. For a moment, he merely stared at her before his head bobbed slowly. "Okay." He uttered softly, willing to put his trust in her. He was trying, after all, to put on a brave face for his boyfriend. He could see Henry's anxiety as it manifested within his physique and yet....he had been forced to be strong for so long that it was...nice, in a way, that someone was willing to spend the time on his fears.

His gaze shifted towards Henry, surprised to find the two men entirely disrobed. It was the beginning of that shift that made him wince, the sound of those cracking bones quite engrained within his nightmares. He could feel his breath hitch, even as he tried to keep himself calm. It was difficult to remain placid when he was staring at the very process that had left him bleeding out on the bathroom floor. Sterling was altogether ignorant of the observant nature of the young woman beside him, the sudden grabbing of his hands pulled his attention towards Raven as she softly uttered his name. His head slowly bobbed as Raven near demanded his focus, only to comment upon their goals to make him, at least to Henry's feline, a member of their pack. "But...how?" He inquired, that first hint of doubt creeping in his tone. He understood the general concept and yet...how did they just....make him pack? It was the sound of that low threatening growl that immediately drew his gaze, those bright blue eyes fell upon the forms of the ebony cats that so intensely eyed him. He swallowed, trying to force down those butterflies at the sight of Henry's panther. He watched as the other feline threw his weight upon him, that growl only caused his hair to stand on end.

Raven's voice caused his attention to deviate ever so slightly, even though his gaze hardly left the panthers that stepped closer towards him. "He doesn't sound very curious." The man informed her, eying the approaching panther with a hint of weariness. Her assurance that the feline intended to rub against him caused his eyebrows to raise and yet it was that...purr that caused him to pause. For a moment, he merely blinked at the large cat with a hint of surprise. "I....didn't know they could do that." He admitted as he slowly reached down, fully intending to comply with Raven's instructions. The feline hardly moved as his hand touched the cat's head, gingerly stroking that soft short fur in the way one might do a house cat. It felt so different, however, the very weight of his head was heavy against his hand as the panther leaned against his leg and his chair. He watched as the cat's green eyes turned back towards the figure that was his boyfriend, Sterling's own gaze followed suit. "Now what?" He inquired tentatively, his gaze turning back towards Raven.
