West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Her gaze swept down the docks as another figure came into view and as she took in his scent, she relaxed. It was just Henry. She'd met him a couple times, usually at pack events or dinner, but she knew him to be harmless and pretty quiet. One brow rose in amusement as Henry right up to the young man and asked if he could help with something. She couldn't tell if he was just being helpful or if he was feeling a little protective of her or the pack. Her lips twitched in humor. He assured the man most of the action happened after dark and Alexis nodded in agreement, though her nose wrinkled a little at the thought of that arena and the fights that happened within it. Henry continued to question the man, saying maybe he was there for something else. She watched the man in quiet contemplation, not sure what to think of him yet. He gave her a charming smirk that she couldn't help but return, offering a smile in return as she brushed some hair behind her ear.

The man continued to grin and merely shrugged at her question before saying he wanted to talk with Tetradore but it looked like a busy evening. She smirked a little. "Every evening gets busy around here. But Tetradore can probably make time for you." She assured him, trying to be helpful and kind. Surely Tetradore wouldn't mind talking to the young man. He seemed like he might be on a mission. He said that he was looking for something more permanent and her brow rose, tilting her head as her gaze swept to Henry before looking at the man again. Did he want to join the pack? That sounded permanent. She nodded. "I see." Then the man gave his name as Marcelo and she smiled again. "It's nice to meet you, Marcelo. I'm Alexis and this is Henry." She introduced him, sure that he could do it himself but she was being outwardly friendly as possible so they didn't run the guy off if he wanted to join the pack.

At Henry's appearance, Marcelo only seemed more at ease, grinning at him too before he asked if Henry was part of the panther's pack. Alexis raised a brow but held her tongue, letting Henry answer that one. Marcelo said he had heard about some of the packs in the area and that he'd heard about the fights. Alexis' brows furrowed at the word. She couldn't seem to hide her distaste of the arena. She couldn't help but smirk though when he said that he wasn't much of a fighter cause he didn't want to mess up his hair or his face. She snickered. "Guess that's as good a reason as any." She surmised with a shrug. He said he wanted to talk with Tetradore, to see what the pack was all about and she nodded. Then he asked when the fights start and she glanced at Henry for him to answer that one. She usually stayed away from the Ark when the fights started up. She hated hearing all the yelling and smelling the blood.

At his question of the champ though, she couldn't help but snort and roll her eyes. "Tetradore, of course. It only makes sense, I guess." She shrugged and glanced at Henry to make sure he was okay with it before she nudged her head at Marcelo. "Well, Marcelo, if you want to come on in, I'll find Tetradore for you."
