West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Syn

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

The kittens agreement as to the evident death of his Mother sees his shoulders roll slightly once more in what may well have been an attempt at a shrug of sorts, seemingly unaffected entirely by this revelation and yet the boy is a rather...unemotional being at the best of times, having shown an ability to display the most basal negative emotions and precious few positive ones, higher-order thinking and feeling seeming to have escaped him entirely. That he should feel...something for his Mothers death has simply not occurred to him, he lives within the present entirely, lacks any true ability for nostalgia, capable of remembering only fragmented pieces of his childhood and while perhaps he would have preferred she live still he is simply given to accept that this has not occurred. She is gone and the matter itself is over. His world is so often one of black and white alone, so little grey capable of finding it's way within the confines of his mind and as such he is content to simply nod his head in agreement to the girl whom stands before him, both refusing to yield in any form to the other in this continued battle of wills. The both of them, it would seem, equally stubborn children.

Her mention of a game however, readily seems to absorb his attention, the boy content to seat himself suddenly before her in some anticipation of the game to be head, dark eyes held against her own now as if searching for some form of instruction as to how the game is played, this perhaps the only time in which the young man is willing to take orders from another, her mention of others seeing his head tilt ever so slightly in contemplation. He has not seen any others, has failed to understand her implication in this, searching momentarily for further company before the girl suddenly moves to wander away, the lankly leopard scrambling after her lest he be left out of the game entirely, following her back towards the inside of Syn, the lights and music seeing him wince readily away from such overbearing sounds. It is fortunate perhaps, that Anna moves to distract him once more, pointing towards the man in the black t-shirt, another man flung suddenly into him as the pair erupt into a fighting match mere moments later, the boys delight in this evidently clear, hands clapping together like a naughty child at this chaotic result before Anna asks who is next.

His love of a fight, it would seem, is far too tempting to ignore, some part of himself believing perhaps, that neither Risqué nor Tetra would agree with such things and yet he is a cunning creature, a deceptive one, one entirely assured that what Tetra does not know will hardly hurt him as he proceeds to point to a man in skinny jeans and another wearing a hat.

"That one...and...that one."

He simply waits once more, wild dark eyes watching with evident glee at the small fights that have begun to erupt, more then one of the many bouncers now engaged in efforts to pull apart the shouting, swearing vampires that remain seemingly content to continue to claw wildly at each other, this continued build of chaos seeing his own grin widen slightly as those eyes return to Anna once more, the boy seemingly oblivious to the looks the kitten receives from a number of other patrons as he regards her.

"Do you want...to see...a trick?"

His attention now fixates upon two of the nearest bouncers, the pair only just having managed to pull Anna's black-shirted man from the other and restore some level of order before Tobias gestures loosely towards them, the taller, bald man suddenly pivoting in place to grab his companion, a younger man with rather ridiculously dyed-blue hair, pulling his fellow bouncer against him before suddenly pulling him into a rather passionate kiss that sees the blue-haired man yelp in surprise, rapidly attempting to shove him away. What the hell are you doing Reggie!. The blading bouncer remains entirely unperturbed, content to attempt to display his affection once more, evidently of the opinion that here and now is the best time to 'out' himself, as if his social boundaries have simply been lowered entirely, Tobias snickering in contentment before gesturing once more to a young vampire woman. For a moment she seems almost immune to the touch of power against her mind before she hastily begins to strip, ripping off her jacket and shirt before yanking off her bra, exposing herself to the entire club with a wild yell of rebellion that sees much of the male population begin to cheer in this sudden eruption of chaos. Her suddenly exposed chest however sees the leopard hastily recall his power as he moves to quite suddenly grasp Anna's shoulders, turning the miniature vampire around to face the wall it what may very well be some effort to protect what innocence he believes she has.

"Not for...kittens."

It is the only explanation he is content to give, oblivious to the fact the kitten is very much older then himself as he moves once more, suddenly reaching over to grab the poor girl by the back of her dress, hoisting her up in the manner any adult feline carries a kitten...by the scruff, the man clearly unaware that such a thing may not be appreciated, his respect for her powers evidently not entirely ben understood as he suddenly heads for the back of the club.

"I want to show...you...something. Come on."

Really she hardly has a choice, the towering, lanky young male pausing only to open the door to his own bedroom within the back of the bar and far away from the music and lights, the room utterly bare save for his bed- that has never been slept in and a wardrobe that contains nothing but the attire Risque has approved. It is what is beneath the bed however, that so seems to distract his attention. Releasing whatever hold on the girl he may have before proceeding to pull out a box of sorts as he sits before it, gesturing for the kitten to do the same.

"These are....my toys...you can play with....whatever you want...because I do not...hate you."

White teeth flash towards her in a momentary grin, despite his size, Tobias is hardly more then a boy himself, the girl seeming to have seen him revert once more to his more...playful state as he offers her the choice of his toys, the box filled with the objects Nadya had given him, a stack of paper and coloured crayons, trucks, cars, farm animals, a ball and a one-armed doll that he moves to pull from the box now, looking towards it with some façade of concern.

"It's arm...fell off....it was...very tragic."
