West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Syn

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

She couldn't help herself when it came to Tobias. It was far too easy to tease the boy. She asked about his name being on it and she waited patiently as he stared at the box as if his name would just materialize there. Finally he came up with something, telling her that it was for boys. She snorted and rolled her eyes. "Then I hope the boys will keep a careful eye on it....I have a tendency to steal things." She raised her brow in challenge, smirking to herself at the idea of Tobias keeping watch over the box from now on just to make sure she didn't follow through. The threat of rain didn't do much since she would be able to smell or sense that from the air. There was no change in pressure and not a cloud in the sky.

But then he said Tetradore needed to see her. She didn't know whether to believe him or not but she didn't want to question it if it was true, either. Guess it wouldn't hurt to go in. She shrugged before getting up and Tobias seemed all too excited to lead the way. She knew he was acting more suspicious than usual but she needed some proof first. He told her that Tetradore asked to see her and kept calling her Pretty, which she knew Tetradore would never use but since that was Tobias' own nickname for her, she could assume he was using it because of that. She shrugged it off and followed anyway, descending the stairs into the Ark. As Jackal walked up, he started to say something and she turned to him in question, about to ask what he meant but then Tobias all but shrieked at the man.

They both startled, Alexis looking at Tobias in shock. What was wrong with him? And what was Jackal trying to say? She went to ask again but it seemed Jackal didn't want anything to do with Tobias anymore so he walked the other way before she could. She scowled, shooting a suspicious glare at Tobias' back before following him further into the Ark. Two staff members moved by and couldn't stop laughing as they looked at her which made Alexis very subconscious, her arms wrapping around her instinctively as she scowled at them in question. She was just about to ask Tobias what the heck was going on when a bartender stepped out and asked what was on her face. She stopped in her tracks, glancing first at the bartender, then at Tobias.

Without a word, she brushed past the bartender right into her room where there was a mirror hanging. Alexis looked at herself for a moment, her lips turning up in the corners as it all started to make sense. She turned back to Tobias, her arms crossed now as she tilted her head. "Consider yourself quite the artist, do ya?"
