West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Syn

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Lifting her gaze from the sidewalk to what bustled above, Alice's hazel eyes reflected the world around her in the flickering streetlights. Though it was nippy, the cold was obviously no bother to her, and she rather enjoyed seeing the white fog escape human's mouths when it was cold. And in her fleeting moments, she wished she could do the same, that is until she remembered just how pathetic these creatures were, with their faltering heartbeats and old age. But then again, Alice did not find herself being the type of coldblood that looked down on humans, because to be fair, she was once one, and that short span of time and the memories that came from it was what she treasured nowadays. Looking down once more, she pocketed her hands, her upturned nose picking up the smell of ash and melted plastic. This particular musk filled the streets, but from the lack of black smoke clouding the sky she knew this fire was no longer a prominent threat. And as she found herself tracking the source of this odor, the familiar streets notified her that she had reached the secluded, dirty side of town. And yet the streets were, for the most part, clean.

Alice took another whiff, prior to turning the corner, to come upon what once had been a frequently visited bar by her kind. Frowning slightly, a childish pout formed on her face and she crossed her arms, huffing. She knew this was far enough away from brittle plants to be a brush fire, but the extent of the damage seemed to be on purpose. Maybe if she asked around, somebody might know a little more than the fact that Syn was no longer. Looking past the rubble, she took notice of a creature not too far from her, whose presence alone made her quiver. Tempted to take a step backwards, Alice resisted the urge, rooting herself to the ground. He appeared harmless, and though her initial instinct was to run she stayed put, unmoving and mute. Not pretending to be confident and unafraid by lifting her chin, she kept her face lowered, as she drew closer, edging around the charred building remains. She continued until there was only but a few feet between them, before speaking up. Channeling her abilities, her words shifted, enticing him to tell her the truth but it was simply a suggestion, for she could not fully compel a person to do as she wished, even if she wanted to.

"So, Dark Hunter, are you here to hunt me?" Pointing a finger at her self for emphasis, she paused before letting her hand fall back down to her side. Casting a sly look in his direction, Alice's lips curved into a coy grin but not because she was attempting to seduce him into not killing her. But solely on account for the fact that he hadn't yet and she was thankful for that. Taking a step back, she pressed her back against the nearby brick wall, flicking her wrist towards the singed debris,"It was a real shame that this place had to burn down," Alice's pout made it's debut, as she thought of the... times she had had in that club before continuing,",for my races' sake and also for yours." Tapping her chin, she drew out her speculations, enjoying the theatrical introductions she was exacting. "You seem to know more than meets the eye, mind letting me in on a secret?" Cupping her ear for effect, she chuckled, recrossing her arms before resuming to a more mature nature. "In all seriousness though, mind telling me who the hell decided to burn down a hell of a club? I was," Lifting up her hand for show, she pinched her pointer finger and thumb together, but left a little space in between,",this close to getting with one the dancers!" It was a real shame but then again, there were many other girls, and boys, in this town for Alice to choose from. She began to drift off, her mind wandering until the distant beeping of a car alarm broke her away from her train of thought, reminding her she should attempt to be on a first name basis with the man.

"My name is Alice by the way."
