The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Cull & Pistol
Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.
Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark appears to be little more than an abandoned cargo ship. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar.
Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.
Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.
Those instructions as to when to show up at Tet's room was.... Spotty as the feline Tobias himself. But the promise of Christmas cheer seemed to bring out an almost festive spirit to the ship. How many Christmas' had gone uncelebrated in her life? Besides that...how many holidays seemed to simply pass by without a single notice. How determined she was to take full advantage of as many of them that she could. IT was that level of determination that seemed to prompt an extra bounce in Mira's step. In fact... she even woke up earlier than usual. She had never gone to any winter festivities before.. well not within at least since she was a child. The town she had grown up in was relatively small... but they while they had a shortage in festivals... they still somehow possessed a copious amount of Santa impressionists! There were at least five... and very young Mira could remember questioning how Santa could be in so many places... all at once. She remembered questioning one of those costume glad Christmas icons of following her. After all....how could they be sitting asking for change in front of the grocery store and at the mall not even 10 minutes later?!
Regardless of such distant memories... it was the spirit of this holiday season that seemed almost impossible to be immune to. At least to the she-wolf.. Maybe it was the decorations or the pack... or even those peppermint flavoured.... everything that she seemed to not get enough of. She had learned to make every christmasy beverage at the bar without fail. She watched the clock in anticipation... knowing better than to appear too early. After all... she was well aware of Tetradore and his love affair with sleep, one she could hardly blame him with his late nights, incredibly comfortable bed, and unpredictable schedule. However, if she were nestled in those sheets with him, she was more than sure she would be reluctant to leave at all. It was that thought alone that brought a curl to lips, unbidden as she put on that warm printed Christmas sweater. If she was going to go to a festival.. she was going to go all out. She even brought matching mittens and hat to complete the look. She was ready. She hardly needed the added warmth considering she was basically a walking furnace with that lava flowing within her veins was more than willing to combat that winter chill.
She waited a few moments longer than her own excitement could allow... plucking a handful of chocolate peppermints she simply could not have enough of into her purse. Alright.. she brought a few extra to share.. She was not a greedy wolf. The sun was well beyond the horizon when she was clean, primped, dressed, and ready to go. How those minutes before seemed to be the longest. She gave her room a final once over, her purse strapped to her side with those few extra treats she had collected.. chocolate and candy could be found littering the bottom of it.
It was easy, that walk down that corridor to that all familiar door she had had found herself darkening more frequently. She knocked softly before admitting herself within the depths of the alpha's familiar chambers. What she hadn't expected was for Tetradore to be still in bed.... And very apparently not alone! Another barely dressed man, undoubtedly Tobias, was caught straddling the Tetradore within that bed locked in what looked like an intimate moment! Was he kissing him? What a sight to stumble upon, one she was most certainly NOT prepared for. Oh.... My... god. Uh... maybe she should leave.. or... say something... or... apparently... Tobias refused to allow the woman a choice in the matter as he all but shouted her name in surprisingly glee as he sat up... making no move to dismount his companion. How he hardly seemed unbothered at all at being caught in this precarious position as if this was entirely a normal occurrence. She had always noticed how... close they were.. Tobias having no problem with being close to his cherished friend... but this was certainly.... A first as to how close.... It was.... Just as... Tobias finished shouting her name... that final note of 'a' leaving his lips that caused the she-wolf to erupt into a warm laughter. Well that was one hell of a morning greeting.
That warm laughter still lingered within her voice.. as she cleared her throat in an attempt to... stop herself from losing herself to that laughter altogether. "It seems like you two are having a good morning... how are my favourite felines? That is... if it's really Tetradore buried beneath Tobi and bed sheets...." There was enough stirring that she catch a glimpse of Tetradore's moppy locks to know exactly whose helpless form created the outline beneath those blankets.
"I can't say I ever know what to anticipate when I come in here.... But this was certainly a surprise I will never forget.." That warm laughter seemed caught within her throat as she shook her head from side to side. She was used to such antics.. but this definitely took the cake.
"But I can give you two... another moment... or three... if...." Her words were cut short with the undoubtable excitement that all but exuded from Tobias. That insistence that it was time to go! Which was funny considering neither of them looked ready for anything beyond sleeping. Tobias seemed to boop his companion upon the nose... Part of her seemed to consider if she was willing to attempt pulling both men from the warm confines of that bed.. even by means of bribery. She was nothing short of determined to make today happen. Just how well that would be received would fortunately not come to light as Tetradore finally seemed to stir enough, pushing the content Tobias off of him and onto the floor in a pile of flailing limbs... That resounding thud was met with that familiar grumpy grumble. It wasn't much longer before he arose from that bed, which might as well have been rising from his sarcophagus.
Mira could not help but laugh once more at the scene of the two men. What a bizarre friendship... and yet it was so entirely... them. A far to sleepy Tetradore seemed to yawn as he sat up, those bedsheets seemed to cling to his form in a way that was near planned. How was it possible for him to always look like he was ready for a photoshoot she would never understand. He declared he was getting up and how Mira was so highly doubtful of that! That raised brow accompanied by a mischievous grin was offered as she ventured further into the room.. standing near that pillow fort she was built... straightening out the top that decided to sag a little. "I know how long it takes you to get out of bed." She uttered almost flirtatiously.. as if in slight challenge over her shoulder. His mostly nude form reluctantly got out of bed much faster than most days, she turned... just in time to afford her that sight. It was impossible to ignore.. even when nudity with their kind was tolerated with much notice.. it was impossible not to appreciate that figure... covertly. Tobias was here for crying outloud.
He declared he needed only 10 minutes! It took her at least double that. Men, so easily able to slap on some clothes and have a three minute shower, then ready to face the world. Like to most woman... It was baffling. Perhaps it was because they had much less hair to worry about? He gestured toward the sofa, her gaze following it and wrinkled her nose.. how she hardly wished wait around and yet it hardly seemed to damper her spirits.. not in the least. "Alright.. I suppose I will find some way to entertain myself.. At least it looks like you have already... received your shower today." She could hardly help that grin spread across her lips.
Soon after he addressed Tobias, his demeanor shifting slightly. He most certainly couldn't go out looking like that.. he was barely dressed.. even Mira... despite not exactly needing the added warmth wore a comfortable fitted festive red sweater. It was sweater weather in the city in the city... it was the time of year for hot cocoa, marshmallows and toasty fires. It was when Tetradore left for the confines of his bathroom, she couldn't help but steal a glimpse of him as he left that room. God, he only just wiped the sleep from his eyes and he was tempting. Mira hardly allowed that look linger for long, after all... Tobias still lingered within that room. Those golden eyes seemed to fall upon the unruly feline with a hint of a smile upon her lips. She slipped her hand within the depths of her purse, plucking out a wrapped little morsel. She tossed it at Tobias wondering if he was even privy of that act. "There is more where than came from..but only for people wearing sweaters... I don't make the rules..."
"Why don't you show me what you have?" Mira offered in a bid to be helpful...knowing very well the potential of losing Tobias to the Ark all together was ... markedly high. Those clothes didn't even need to match. This was going to be an ordeal in itself.. she could feel it.. that the phrase like herding cats could not be any more true.
