West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Eyes of golden amber merely turn to watch the unfortunate woman go before the slender feline weaves his way from the shadows, muscular, lithe form seated once more before Davante before depositing the stolen goods at his feet, spotted features lifted upward to eye the other man in clear expectation of praise or reward as that long tail moves to loop about his paws in a decidedly feline manner. That Davante may very well find such a thing displeasing has clearly not occurred to the volatile leopard, the boy doing simply as he has been trained to do, his first and most practiced power being that of a....location ability of sorts, the man readily finding objects, namely wallets, that possessive any measure of reasonable wealth. He is a cunning creature, evidently entirely content to contort the emotions of others, having allowed the young woman to fuss over him, allowing a purr to roll from his throat as she did- only further encouraging such a false sense of security in which to pilfer from her handbag before doing as cats so often do and choosing to ignore her entirely- returning only in her absence. Amber eyes continue to rest upon the warlock with evident expectation as the man returns from closing the blind and attempting to fix the battered door the grin he seems fit to offer the leopard seeming to sooth him further, this non-verbal indication of pleasure evidently delighting the spotted creature all the more before the warlock's words see the crack and snap of bone once more, the leopard replaced by the man once more, remaining seated still at Davante's feet before eagerly reaching for the lipstick. This is the third time he has been confronted with this particular item of make-up, fingers easily unscrewing the lid and rolling up the coloured stick before the dishevelled fellow proceeds to bite eagerly into it with clear glee.

"This....is for eating."

He pauses barely a moment, dark eyes lifted to Davante's own as if to see whether or not the other man may see fit to argue with him over such things before he continues to bite into his newest prize, oblivious to the mess he is making as he does so, the boy having developed quite a taste for this single piece before Davante continues to speak, the new ruined lipstick tossed over his shoulder as the other items are entirely ignored, head tilting slightly to one side in some effort to perceive the words offered to him.

"I do not...know this....Sushi."

That he has mistaken Sushi for a person is evidently clear, eyes narrowed slightly in some further attempt at knotting together the fractured pieces of his mind before the mention of meat seems to hold his attention more firmly. Long limbs readily fold out from beneath him once more, the tall young man abruptly lifting himself up right, rolling back onto his bare feet as he stands, one hand reaching up to run fingers through the tangled black mess that remains as ever wild as the boy himself. Dark eyes flicker back to the other man once more, those stuttered words readily finding his lips, each syllable an evident a struggle.

"We are....going outside?"

That this meat is surely located somewhere outside has seemingly managed to capture the feline's attention once more, eyes drifting back towards the door before lingering back upon the ball a chain that rests so tantalizingly above him although it's current lack of movement results in little more than a passing glance before his attention returns to the man, moving suddenly forward now to close the distance between himself and his newfound companion, reaching abruptly forward to seize Davante's right hand in his own, proceeding to shake it rather vigorously side to side in what the boy clearly believes is some form of acceptable social gesture- one he has learned to mimic although not entirely well.

"Tobi."

The hand he holds is released with much the same suddenness, the man evidently assured this moment of introduction is now over, pausing only long enough to pick up his shockingly long tail from the floor, Tobias so often choosing to keep this single part of himself even within his human form, his spotted tail by far his most favoured appendage despite the hazard it presents as he moves to cling to it now, clearly unwilling to allow it to drag across the floor as he moves to head towards the door, assured he is going to be taken out in the same manner in which Tetradore so often takes him walking in some final bid to rid the creature of his energy that otherwise sees him tearing up and down the hallway in the early hours of morning chasing moving shadows upon the walls. The promise of meat however, is a readily enticing one, the boy forever complaining of his hunger to any willing to tolerate it his constant yowling.

"I want the...meat now."
