West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

He holds some form of interest in the exchange that occurs between the wolf pair, dark eyes flicking from one to the other as they converse, speaking on the matter pack though indeed the boy struggles to capture Lucian's swiftly spoken words, unable to perceive entirely the manner of the conversation, head tilting and turning with the rise and fall of the tone within the other mans voice. Perhaps he is incapable of language in many regards, yet that which is unsaid is readily read, posture and tone absorbed with predatory ease as he picks apart the nature of the conversation. The pack affairs of wolves however, hold little interest for the boy. He has his own pack, one he has only recently returned to and yet he has fallen once more into the effortless role of Second, content to stride beside his Alpha once more. In his absence however, the boy is content to claim his own territory, holding ownership, to some extent- of all those within it, eyes narrowing slightly at the exchange that occurs before him. Birdie is not pack, at least, not yet- but he holds some interest still within the woman he has hunted and slept beside and some instinctive part of himself is ill-pleased with the authority within Lucian. This man is....Alpha like, Tobi is sure and that own domineering part of himself bristles against it. For now however, he is content to remain silent, allowing the exchange with no effort on his part.

When Lucian's attention at last returns to him, the gangly young man shifts once more into the manipulative creature he is, dark eyes readily meeting the strange gaze of the older wolf. Perhaps Lucian is correct in his assumption, Tobias is young, only now coming into his prime and as such he is surely rather testosterone driven as the young tend to be, entirely prepared to flex his own muscle in this regard, offering the wolf terms he finds entirely...agreeable, unaware indeed of the opportunity the older man has so readily seen in regards to a use for the young Leopard. Lucians words result in little more then a scowl, mind hurriedly struggling to process them, to pick apart the meaning as he snorts slightly at the mans comment that there had been no one to ask.

"Well...there is."

He watches the other man remove the glasses and the object of his attention in these moments, mind clearly finding some form of fascination with the aviators, his own possessions not extending beyond the pair of threadbare jeans he has managed to pull on in these moments, perhaps offering further indication that, his territory or not, the young man is hardly doing overly well overall. The wolf moves to offer the glasses towards him, extending the object though keeping his hold upon it still as he speaks, Tobias' gaze narrowing once more, aware that the other man is attempting now to make a deal of sorts, the boy evidently listening as he seems to consider the offer put forth by his new...business partner.

"I will get...the...those and...sleep inside...and food....if I...guard, yes?"

He pauses, waiting for Lucian to nod, to assure him he is correct in his understanding when Birdie suddenly reaches forward, meeting his gaze in these moments before turning to Lucian, repeating his own words towards the older man, demanding a meal every night as Tobias had originally sought to achieve. For a moment the boy simply frowns, piecing together the information before him before his lips split into a rather beautiful grin, dark eyes sliding back towards the curly-haired woman from beneath those locks of ebony hair as he regards her with evident approval, understanding to some extent that she is attempting to further his cause, this....loyalty seeming to please him extensively as she remains beside him.

"I get...those....and I will sleep inside...and you must....pay with the food.....three times.....every....seven dark times."

That Tobias cannot count regardless is sure to become evident at some stage, the boy showing an ability to understand the numbers, although in truth his lack of any arithmetic ability beyond the very basics surely provides Lucian room to manipulate such results without his knowledge- though until the man comes to understand such things the boy is content to reap the rewards of a meal three times a week- yet it is not just for him. Naddy needs to eat as well and as such at least one 'rent meal' will be given entirely to the female panther. Tobias is a selfish creature indeed, yet he holds some understanding of pack and while he sees no need to mention such things he will be content to bring Naddy here to sleep and eat. He does not understand money, has no true ability to help her find the green bills she so struggles for each day in an effort to support them and yet in his own manner he is....trying. Lucians rent going far further then even the man is surely aware.

"I will protect....and guard....and help. We have...deal."

He reaches then to snatch the glasses off the man, depositing them on his own head, frowning slightly at the dramatically darker vision this assures, seeming to find ready amusement in his obscured vision of the world before flashing another grin towards Birdie, pleased with the woman this day as he swings from his dumpster again, bare feet landing against the earth as he wanders off, very near colliding with the side of the warehouse as he does, clearly attempting to come to terms with his new vision. He is gone for some moments now, returning some minutes later with what is evidently a pile of sacks and fishing nets- the bed he has made for himself over the past few weeks. He proceeds to wander past Lucian entirely, opening the door to the Pawn Shop (if Birdie had opened it to come out it is surely unlocked) wandering inside before proceeding to dump his bedding in one corner, taking a moment to rather carefully position it before nodding, evidently claiming this corner of Lucians shop as his own personal sleeping quarters- oblivious entirely as to the slight power shift within such a deal, unaware to some extent he has made himself Lucians....employee for the price of a three meals and a warehouse bed that does not leak. He moves to wander back out now, slamming the hard steel door behind him, continuing to eye Lucians beneath his new aviators before turning to Birdie.

"You can...put...your own bed...there if you want....but not....next to me."

That he will tolerate the female wolf sleeping within the same room is evident, having left her single sack within their old residence for her to collect- yet he will not have her next to him. He is...displeased at best with the scent of dog, attention falling to Lucian a final time as he fishes once more in his pocket, producing what appears to be a dollar bill.

"I need....more of this....where do I...get it?"

Lucian, he thinks, looks as if he knows where and how one might get money, the green paper useless entirely to the Leopard and yet he knows Naddy needs it, always seems to bemoan their lack of it. He is charged with protecting her, with keeping her safe for Tetra and as such he seeks to please her to some extent. Money he can find- his ability allowing him to find any object or person he desires and yet getting the money he finds has proven to be another matter entirely, seeking Lucians take on the situation. If they are to be business partners, after all, money is sure to come into it, even if Tobias does not desire it for himself.
