West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

The manner in which the boy begins to count, those childish, boyish lyrics are abruptly cut off as the Witch speaks once more. Her words are...strange, the boy unable to perceive accents, to understand the Russian dialect with which she converses and as such he is simply given to stare, mind frantically attempting to understand that which is spoken before Birdie seems content to speak. Her words are softer, easier, slower- rapidly perceived by his conflicted mind in a manner entirely more soothing as his fingers stroke through her fur. He likes the feel of her coat, relishes those thickened strands, fingers tracing over the faint scar upon her neck- the scar he himself had given her, his own personal mark, his signature of ownership upon her, one he renews every other night by sinking fangs into her flesh to mark her as his own. Just as his own neck carries such a mark, the signature of another, his own....Master and yet today he is further from Tetradore then is the norm, having sought Birdie's company instead though it is still his Alphas territory he defends, his Alphas and his own, the West in it's entirety beneath the command of this single and most dominant pack. Birdie speaks of the Jaguar, dark eyes moving to rest upon the creature, Tobias' own spotted tail lashing behind his human form in displeasure. The Markers are clear- the Jaguar should have known- as Birdie says and yet it is this lack of....fear within the witch that so seems to entice him.

It has been...a long time since another has not felt fear within his presence, this woman's...dominance a perceived challenge, her refusal to back away merely contorted within his mind into the belief that she dares to challenge him within his own territory, his own land. Her words are lost upon him, he simply cannot understand her accent, cannot perceive what she says- sees only trespassers upon pack land and his patience wears thin. He can feel Birdie's power beneath him, the girl seeking to seize the other cat and launch it into the far wall, a purr of satisfaction rolling within his own chest and throat as fingers continue to stroke the woman he is currently...dating. Dark eyes lift once more to the witch, lips pulled into an impish grin, so childish and pleasant once more that the words that follow seem so very misplaced and fractured as he nods.

"Yes Birdie, yes."

The crack and snap of bone proceeds the boys sudden lunge, his transformation given to occur mid-air as the boy is replaced with the powerful leopard entirely, the jungle cat landing atop the earth mere feet from the which as lips part to bare whitened fangs and a feral hisses slices between teeth- a single and final warning before muscle tenses and coils, the leopard suddenly launching directly for the witch, claws extended, almost as if he seeks to wrap the unfortunate creature in a giant hug of sorts and yet his attentions remain entirely violent, seeking to take her down in the same manner in which he would bring down a stag, aiming to claw her sides, knock her to the floor and seek any part of her he can to sink his teeth within. This is pack land. The witch can either fight or run- but seeking to provoke the volatile King in the West has clearly backfired and without a surgery treat with which to pacify him- or his Alpha to command he halt- he is rather determined to eat tonight.
