West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

The young man is so entirely far from that which he knows that he is simply given to follow along, mind struggling desperately to perceive this entire situation, those fragments of thought shifting rapidly from one moment to the next until an overly large fish being tossed in his direction sees the young man panic entirely, knocked from his feet by the weight and slimy catch, left peering beneath his large, floppy rain hat in some failing attempt to understand this game. He cannot perceive entirely what it is these men are doing, the yelling and shouting grating readily against him, Birdie's attempts to explain that some of them, at least, seemed to desire her in a manner he does not approve of resulting in a growing agitation at the sheer number of men that surround them. The fish suddenly seems to be lifted away, the shaggy haired young deviant attempting to scramble to his feet before yet another monster of the deep is launched in his direction, then now boot-less boy sent flying once more as an irritable snarl finds it's way between parted lips, volatile nature readily beginning to stir before Birdie's telekinesis saw the fish tossed harmlessly away, the young man stumbling back towards his companion once more within the break between catches.

The sudden disappearance of his hat sees his vision miraculously returned, the womans fingers moving to part the damp, dark hair from his eyes, the boy blinking momentarily at this new discovery of his vision before her hand against his own sees that vision returned upon her entirely as she speaks, her effort to explain this ridiculous scenario resulting in little more then an irritated huff.

"I do not...want to...throw fish...at you."

That he is, to a certain extent, unwilling to assault the woman he is dating with fish is surely a little.....romantic. Those dark eyes narrow warily once more, the proximity of other men beginning to grate against his patience, mind rapidly beginning to find displeasure in this situation now that he has been given time to assess it, hand pulling free of her own as a growl of sorts vibrates within his chest. It is fortunate perhaps, that her lips are given to press against his skin, attention returned to her now as she speaks. She is wise perhaps, to word her 'command' as she does, her words given to imply suggestion rather then order, the leopard more than willing to comply with such a thing- head nodding now as a grin of sorts spreads across his lips. Long fingers move to twist within the air as if he seeks to grasp upon invisible threads, seeking the rhythm of calm that flows upon the ship, seeking to seize it, disrupt it, lips parting to mutter as he does before those fingers move to suddenly clench into a fist- as if he has managed to grasp that which it is he has sought, those ripples of discord flowing smoothly, thickly and with rapidly increasing intensity now. It is merely a look of confusion that first seems to touch so many of them men, a confusion that rapidly seems to descend into worry, followed by fear and a panic that seems to infect each and every one of them, several of the men lunging overboard, another proceeding to run rapidly in circles while several attempt to leap back and onto the dock, the entire ship plunged into utter chaos as Tobias simply grins, a snicker of sorts released from his lips now before he moves to point to the barrel of fish.

"Birdie can....lift it?"
