West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Okay...so...maybe Raven shouldn't have used 'best friend' to describe her relationship with the leopard. Yet she was hardly the one that was willing to be so outward and open about her thoughts when it came to matters she deemed private. As for public display of affection...well...apparently she and Tobi were good at not doing such outlandish things in front of others. One grey trimmed ear was pointed in either feline's direction ready to respond for either, yet her eyes remained fixed on the silhouette of the leopard. That he had not responded to her plea concerned her and she made a mental note to go to his side as soon as she was done here. As Tetradore responded with his own introductions, solemn eyes shifted towards the brooding male, a slow nod of her head to respond to his inquiry. The lupine was fully aware of Regan's movement. Even though she was standing close to the Were-Tiger she was still feeling uneasy herself, especially with Tobias gone. Lowering her head closer to the female feline her soft voice could be heard by both wild cats...attempting to make everyone participate in the conversation.

"They own the West...that is right Tetradore? Yours and Tobi's scent is all over the area."

Blue-grey eyes would shift and meet the emerald gaze of the silent ebony-haired man. She had spent most of her time in the West and she was fully aware Tobias scent was everywhere. The spotted cat constantly calling himself the 'King of the West' even when he was owned by the vampire and forced to be her pet. It was a self-confidence thing for the boy and she never tried to correct him. Yet Tetradore's scent was mixed in along the pier and she could only assume that because he was above Tobi...that whatever Tobi 'owned' then surly Tetradore would be an equal owner. Feeling Regans' hand run through her fur caught her off guard and she quickly flinched, but did not move away from her spot. Her bushy tail swayed side to side on the ground, leaning in closer to Regan, a natural response to being 'petted' a rare treat that felt divine. Shaking her head she responded to Regan's question, still keeping her voice in Tetradore's mind as well so that he knew what they were discussing.

"No...I get to stay here and I am not pack...I think you are okay. She is okay to be here too, right Tetradore?"

Raven had originally come to seek Tetradore out to ask to join his pack. Yet before she was going to ask him she was going to bring him some food. Yet all of that didn't go as planned. Rather she got herself stuck in a trap and was embarrassed to be seen in such a state. To ask to be in his pack at this point wasn't wise. She believed she showed him why she wouldn't make a good pack member and she hoped at another time, she would be seen in a much better light...then maybe she'd join him. Changing her voice to match Regan's, she would allow Regan's voice to filter into Tetradore's mind.

"Join you? I can tell this place is more than just Pack land...Are you wanting me to join your pack, or something else?"
