West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

The wounds along her arms remained opened and bleeding as her Were power slowly began to activate and actually began to heal it. Though the blood remained to slip down her porcelain scarred flesh. She did not feel that familiar pain when a wound was made by one with ill intent. The curly-haired woman knew Tobias didn't mean to harm her. She just knew and that was all that mattered. There were many women, and men, that have been in some sort of abusive relationship before that had spoken and admitted that their significant other hadn't meant to harm them, but truly she was in no such position. He cared for her as much as she cared for him, perhaps shew more than him. Yet not once had he attacked her in any such way to bring her harm. As for leading her into dangerous situations well...that part was debatable. Sitting beside him there was no fear, but there was a bit of hesitancy in her actions. His temperament could change at a moment's notice and she had to be prepared for whatever came her way. Reaching for his hand she would simply touch them, her soft fingers gently moving up and down his calloused hands. Fingertips leaving an invisible trail as they continued to travel around his hands finding a rhythm. A small smile appeared on her face as she watched him move his free hand in rhythm, thinking perhaps she had achieved in what she wanted. If she had known that her coaxing would lead to her this grave information then maybe she would have let him keep it bottled up. Then again this was what she was supposed to do, right? Help him out at his lowest? As his dark anxious eyes meet her own she would hold his gaze for a moment, before turning her eyes away. Her voice held a soft grave tone her eyes filled with despair as they shifted and caught hold of those familiar dark eyes that held his own grief and pain.

"Tobi...you did something...very...very bad, but I do not think you alone are to blame."

Soft fingers continued to gently run up and down his warm, tensed hand, trying to keep the rhythm steady in fear that he'd fall into his former tormented state. He had opened up to her and his abnormal ability to mimic the voices helped tailor a story, a story that was barely strung together by a fragile thread, but his story was enough to get her to understand. A part of her was a bit hurt that he had engaged in such activities with Nadya, but at that time they were not dating. So really he wasn't in the wrong with her, but he was in a terrible position between himself and Tetradore. That he suspected she could fix this was a feat that she knew she could not accomplish. In fact she didn't really want to be in the middle of it in the first place, but she had asked and now she was stuck. Keeping the steady rhythm on his hand she would grab his other free hand, touching it just as gently as she had done to his other hand. She would allow a few moments of silence between the two ignoring the sounds of the fights as they continued after the momentarily pause. Brows would furrow together for a moment as the curly-haired woman struggled to come up with an answer. There was absolutely no way she could fix the rift between the two tom cats. Even she, with her limited social experience, knew that Tobi had broken some unspoken code between males. If she could not fix this horrendous error then perhaps she could explain it all to him...all he had done wrong. Keeping her voice soft, so as not to accuse or anger him, she did her best to speak as at a slow rate, pausing every now and then- wanting him to comprehend what he did not understand.

"Tobi, you had sex with Tetra's Sister...and that is something you are not supposed to do. Sex is supposed to be with a mate...and Naddy was not your mate. You two...shouldn't have had sex and she is right...sex is not a game. Tetra has the right to be angry at you, but he should also be angry at Naddy. You two...hurt him very much. He...trusted you. He wanted you to watch her...and having sex with her...when she was not your mate... was wrong. This feeling you have....feeling alone, angry, sad and hurt...that is exactly how he feels too."

As soon as she was done speaking her hands would travel towards his messy and tangled dark hair. Those soft fingers gently massaged his black ears that continue to fold back against his head and then open up and swivel around. Her shoulder would press into his as she felt his boiling uncomfortable emotions begin to build up and fester. Rubbing his ears she picked up another rhythm wanting to at least keep him tied down and not blow up again. It had taken her awhile to understand that being part cat, meant he liked touched and associated touch with meanings. Perhaps the gentle touches she was given him were reminders that she was here and that he wasn't truly alone, reminding the poor boy that his Alpha may not give him attention, but he had the undivided attention of his female companion. She would allow the comforting silence between the two to be settle, her fingers still rubbing his soft ears. Leaning into his side her words would flow out gently to him as she attempted to help him take the next set up steps that might bring him to be back on Tetra's good side...at least it was a start.

"I know you did not mean to hurt Tetra, but you need to let him have his space...show him he can trust you again when the time comes, but right now...he needs some space. One day you can explain...explain why you had sex with Naddy...but Naddy needs to explain that too...because you both hurt him."

Leaning into his side brought her some warmth and comfort settling the worries that continued to bounce in the back of her mind. She was unaware about the entire details as to why Tobi wanted to engage in such activities with Nadya. She had not sensed in both parties the need to be mates or in sign that they were in the first place. So whatever happened between the two, whatever the reason, she hoped it was snuffed out- especially with Tetradore's disapproval of such things. Touching her hands with his her fingers would interlace through them. Her head would pivot around as she glanced at his destroyed room. She would clean it all up later, but for now he was in pain and she wanted nothing more than to help him as best as she possibly could. Not really knowing what she should do at this point she would do something that maybe his human and animal side would appreciate it. Earlier he had harmed her and she wanted him to know it was okay, but also reassure him that he didn't have to suffer by himself. She could not replace Tetradore nor Nadya, but she could try to be there for him. Tilting her head upwards, her golden-brown ringlets cascading down over her shoulder to reveal the marks of ownership he places on her every few nights, and she would place her head underneath his neck. A simple, reassuring sign, that she would not leave him...he was someone of importance to her- of higher rank and he had a purpose.

"Tobi...you do not have to be alone...how about I stay here tonight? I could make you another hammock."

It was a simple gesture of wanting to stay at his side. It would be best if he didn't suffer alone...at least maybe she could help keep his violent nature in check before he destroys the Ark with her power again.
