West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

West

for the lips of a forbidden woman drip honey
her speech is smoother than oil
but in the end she is bitter as wormwood
sharp as a two-edged sword
her feet go down to death
her steps follow the path to Sheol

- PROVERBS 5:3-5;;
If there was anything Serafina could say she hated, besides rabid animals, it was growing a sense of morality. She hadn't really wanted to mentor the young girl. After all she was being mentored herself still and yet, here she was, lingering upon the west side where she certainly didn't belong looking for someone she'd only briefly met under the guise of attempting to stop the girl from hurting herself, others, and, worst of all, tarnishing the good witch name. A frown crossed her lips as she wandered through the warehouse, her gaze drifting towards a talisman within her hand, one she'd specifically spelled to find Avicus. Frankly, Serafina wasn't sure which aggravated her more, the fact that she had to go searching for this girl or the fact that her search had led her so far out of her little piece of the world. She paused, her gaze watching as the little compass pointed towards inside a nearby warehouse. Serafina sincerely hoped that this was the end of her chase, she was tired of walking and frankly she just wanted to go back to her comfortable town house and go back to sleeping off her previous evening.

The reverberating sound of growling quickly pulled Serafina from her contemplations of the better ways she could be spending her evening, her eyebrows knitting together as she crept closer towards the warehouse, glancing cautiously into the vicinity. The last thing Serafina wanted was another run in with a dark hunter - this time she would be certain not to get involved. Thankfully for her, the figure that met her gaze wasn't that mysterious blonde man who seemed so wavering when it came to killing her. However, the sight of her charge being backed into a corner by a leopard was hardly any better. A soft huff of hair left her lips, why was she always running into these mangy mutts? First a wolf, now a leopard, what was next? A unicorn?! A scowl crossed her features as the girl reached in to the leather messenger back that she now refused to leave home without. Serafina never knew when she was going to run across some rare herb or be in a tough spot completely defenseless (the dark hunter had certainly served to teach her that lesson).

The girl rifled through her things, selecting a particular glass vial. For a moment the girl eyed the blue liquid within, her fingers fiddled with the frosty exterior. She had been saving this one, entirely unsure of if it was going to work as she had intended but frankly, it seemed like no better time to try it then now. The girl grasped the vial tightly within her hand as she stepped into the warehouse, slinging the glass vial towards the leopard where it exploded, the blue liquid almost instantly turning into mist to surround the growling feline. If it worked as she intended, the were should have frozen into place, unable to move, to shift, and to further harm her ward. Her cool grey eyes slid towards the foreign young woman, "Are you going to behave or am I going to have to throw something at you too?" She inquired, that frown still present upon her lips. Her first issue was dealing with the situation Avicus found herself in, only then would she turn her attention to scolding the witch she'd come looking for.
