West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

The thickening layer of tension within the room rapidly sees the spotted cat become all the more irritable, tail flicking from side to side as he rests atop the papers on Tetradore's desk, choosing entirely to ignore Nadya's scolding, ears turning atop his skull, listening to the exchange as it occurs between his companions. So many of the words are lost upon him, golden eyes flicking between his pack mates in this moment, mind seeking to grasp upon one word or another in an effort to understand what is being said though indeed so much is wasted to his ears. He understands that this is an argument, the tone of voice and tense posture in both the feline and man before him indicating as such, harsh voices grating against his ears until it seems that which passes Nadya's lips manages to take hold within the fractured tangle of his thoughts, head tilted slightly before those jaws part to momentarily bare his teeth towards the girl in clear displeasure, cutting short her own words.

I am...brother......brother of Tetra and...brother of Nadya....

This single familial connection, whether by blood or otherwise in the creatures single and sole link to any form of family, the title of 'brother' perhaps his most treasured and as such he is unwilling to hear Nadya argue otherwise, refusing to understand the delicate nature of blood and birth. He had lived with him, grown beside them, called for Mom and Dad in the same manner as they and as such he is entirely assured he is just as much her Brother as Tetradore is, utterly incapable of understanding his own illegitimacy in this regard, just as he has failed to perceive the point Nadya is attempting to make through such a sentence- golden eyes merely drifting towards his Leader in this moment, seeking some gesture of assurance in this before settling upon the paperwork once more, falling silent, leaving his siblings to squabble as that long tail hangs from the edge of the desk and Tetradore reclines. It is not until his Alpha's voice raises once more and the dark-haired man very near topples from his seat that the spotted cat's attention returns to his companions, a hiss of surprise at Tetra's flailing seeing his tail puff outward in a manner only cats can truly achieve. Dark pupils momentarily dilate, that ever playful side of the Leopard momentarily seeming to almost...consider pushing the other man that last little bit, just to watch him topple from his chair, one paw lifting ever so slightly before his companion manages to catch the desk once more, an amusement the boy had felt abruptly ended as the other man proceeded to storm to the window. Accusing golden eyes once more move to rest upon Nadya.

Each time she arrives she only seems to anger him, Tobias having only just achieved his rightful position upon the rug once more, this sudden change of mood seeing the leopard lower against the desk in some effort to appear less noticeable perhaps, evidently of the belief that if Tetradore cannot see him he surely cannot be targeted for all the 'fucking' he is so continually accused of. Perhaps Nadya does not require her brothers approval, perhaps she simply does not need him as she once did, has grown enough in her independence to risk angering him- yet Tobias has not. He needs the other man, or at least, has become conditioned to believe as such. He knows no other way of living, had been pushed to the very brink of what delicate sanity he maintained these past few months, utterly unable to stand being so ignored by his closest companion and is wholly unwilling to risk such a thing again- having missed entirely the nature of this conversation. Pregnant holds no meaning towards him, the nature of breeding and birth utterly non-existent to his mind, the boy never truly having questioned the why or how of such a topic and as such had never been provided with any answer, head flicking from Tetra to Nadya and back at the other mans command to explain.

Cub? Where is...the cub?

He understands what a child is and yet this is the limit of his perception, features contorted into a look of clear confusion now. That he has fathered one remains entirely to be seen, the boy having no more knowledge of where and how a cub is created anymore then he has knowledge as to how Tetradore makes food go from raw to cooked. His mind simply does not questions such things. For a moment those golden eyes linger upon Nadya, drifting only to Tetradore as he speaks again, another frown caressing his youthful features before that gaze returns to Nadya.

Naddy is....leaving?

This, evidently, is an alarming prospect to the boy, the creature lifting to his paws now atop the desk. Despite his agitation with the woman she is pack all the same, even amongest the confusion and chaos she has caused within himself the women viewed entirely as his....belonging to a certain extent, a member of pack and one he is unwilling to let go, head merely shaking now.

Nadya is...not leaving....not allowed.

One ear curves back towards the man at the window, waiting perhaps, for Tetradore to echo this command and entirely refuse to allow the woman to go, the boy still so entirely oblivious to her pregnancy and to the existence of his child within her. A huff of irritation rumbles within his throat the boy remaining atop the desk now, tail continuing to lash in irritation, assured that Nadya is deserving of tetra's scolding and yet unwilling for the female to part their company all the same. Pack is....family, it is all he has, even despite his agitation he adores the dark-haired woman, keeps her safe even still, watching over her in the night though surly she hardly knows of his visits. The silence that ensues lasts only so long as it takes that cunning mind to turn within his skull, head tilted slightly once more now, a rumble of sorts released in Tetradore's direction, seeking to summon the man's attention to him- his next words perhaps....entirely surprising, some part of his mind seeming to have managed a...connection of sorts, entirely bizarre though it is.

I do not want to.....be like.....Dav's cat. Dav....says....got it neutered because of...all the fucking.......I will not do it.....anymore. Do not...want to...get fixed.

He is sure, it would seem, that his 'fucking' with Nadya is once more the reason for Tetradores anger, the boy making some attempt it would seem, to sooth that agitation, evidently having learned from Davante that 'fixed' is the result of such things, the creature far too fond of his anatomy to risk such damage- assured to some extent his promise not to do it again will surely reconcile this situation, so entirely oblivious to how very much to late such a promise surely is.
