West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

In this one moment, Tetradore's trust was entirely placed within his companion. He had no fear that Tobias would deny his wishes, just as he truly believed that in this moment, in this fight of claw and fur, he would come out of the other side triumphant with a territory at his feet and a man's blood on his hands. It was strangely exhilarating, this knowledge and hardly dissuaded him against his planned assault. He heard the crack of the leopard's bones as his lanky skin too gave way to fir, joining Tetradore in this stand off. He could feel the creature settle beside him, his familiar touch accompanied with a magical presence that was entirely belonging to the spotted feline. Out of the corner of his vibrant emerald eyes, Tetradore saw the brief nod of the boy's cranium, accepting that this once, the prize was Tetradore's alone to master. It was perhaps this reason that had caused the were-panther to provide the boy with permission to play with their earlier obstacle. It was almost a pre-reward for the obedience he displayed now. The panther reached forward with his magic, fully intended to beset the Alpha present with the fear that he so effortlessly wielded, only to be left disgruntled when his affinity failed to have any great affect.

The laughter of the man in front of him caused Tetradore's gaze to narrow though he hardly bothered to dwell upon his ineffective affinity, instead switching his entire attention back to the one that he knew would work. His saliva had never gone wrong and, quite frankly, he had yet to meet a single person that was some how immune to the affects of acid on skin. It would seem the ease of this battle had gone out the window but with it came any sort of mercy the mirrored Alpha might have gleamed. Between the two, his fear was by far kinder then the slow torture of necrosis. Still, Tetradore hardly hesitated, instead lunging forth with the same hardened killer instinct, his mouth parted to bite into the nearest illusion. He was hardly perturbed as the man in front of him vanished, moving onto the next one and the next before Tetradore realized that for every one he destroyed, another rose within it's place. There was a soft disgruntled growl and yet, despite the man's agitation, he was fully willing to let their opponent drain his own strength by the continued use of his magical affinity. After all, it'd cost him nothing to simply nip at air till the Ark Leader was unable to summon any more. It was a tiring prospect at the very least, and a boring one but in moment such as this, Tetradore was willing to forgo any barrier to get that what he wanted most.

The growl of his spotted companion brought his emerald eyes within the direction of Tobias, noting the direction in which the boy's gaze was held in such a steadfast fashion. How the boy had figured out the true one amongst the myriad of falsifications, Tetradore wasn't sure but he was neither about to look a gift horse in the mouth. Instead he pivoted upon silent paws, putting his back to the current cascade of illusions to direct his attention entirely upon the man hidden amongst his glistening phantasms. He was half way across the room by the time that the leopard collided with the man, causing the doppelgangers to vanish entirely as if they had never been there at all. His gaze met the explosion of ivory fur, a huge bear replacing what was once a thin tall man. He saw the blood spraying the wooden falls of the cabin, the fur upon his spine immediately rising as a roar was peeled from his own lips. He was rewarded quite immediately with bear's attention.

Tetradore darted to the side, fully intending to jump out of the bears more powerful swipe only to feel the bear collide into him. His spine colliding into the wooden side of the boat. A soft huff of air left his lips as his head shifted, attempting to dodge the bear's gaping jaws. Thankfully, Tobias's bite seemed to loosen the bear's hold just enough for Tetradore's claws to dig into the bears fur as the ebony feline wiggled his way out of his pinning and, quite literally climb the bears shoulders onto his back. He could hear the bear's roar every time his claws dug into his thick flesh, using the bear's thick skin to ensure his purchase upn the creature remained steadfast. His acid again spewed forth from his jaws, his mouth opening widely as he lunged forward from the bear's back, his teeth biting into the bear's neck with a vengeance.
