West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

I-I'M NOT WHO YOU THINK I AM.

Do you ever stop to wonder if they love you?
When you look into the mirror do you see the truth?
D-Do the voices in your head still got you confused?
Do they make you wanna say...
I-I'm not who you think I am.
Regan was silent and lost wandering inside the mental memory palace she had constructed years ago. She often wandered it's darkened halls, but the memories of her youth...those dark and tormented years had not been allowed outside of the dungeon. Only in sleep did the darkness plague her with its silvery tendrils. A touch both there and not, but real enough in her nightmares. Always real enough. So lost inside her own mind, that she doesn't sense Tetradore moving until he is upon her.

Her violet eyes spark back to life, a vibrant glow once more animating from the amethyst depths. Now that she had returned mentally to her form, slamming and locking the doors to her memories, her body quakes. The sheer power and intensity that accompanies his nearness quite simply has her undone. A silent snarl on her lips as his weight begins to press her backward. Such a feeling and gesture so unlike anything she had ever experienced. At once she is both terrified and enraged. Her very nature screams at her to kill him for even daring to put her on her back, while another side of her wars with the first. Her human side knowing that in order to truly join this man and his pack she must submit -- while the side that has kept her alive all these long years refuses the very idea. To live is to fight. To submit is to die.

Her entire body tenses. Claws extending and flexing before sliding once more into their sheaths. Violet eyes wide, ears flattened against her skull and a horrible silent scream on her lips.

Moments are lost and time ceases to exist. A battle of wills is being fought inside her own mind. A side demanding to win at all costs and the other wishing beyond belief to be part of something again. To have a place at the side of the very man who was attempting to dominate her. Memories of her past flash before her eyes like a movie. Every sordid, nightmarish detail. The next minute she is witnessing Tetradore spin her out of harms way and taking an arrow through his shoulder. A gust of air escapes her lips, on a breath she hadn't even realized she'd been holding.

When her eyes open and the fear recedes, when her mind and actions are once again her own, she notices that her back is firmly resting against the deck floor and her teeth are latched around Tetradore's neck.

Horrified, Regan immediately releases her jaws. A garbled; broken whimper on her lips. Extending her neck, her tongue laves the slight puncture wounds from her canines. Over and over, until finally the wound stop bleeding. After a long moment she casts her gaze to the side and with a shuddering breath, relaxes her body and extends her neck backward exposing the soft underside of her throat. With bated breath she awaits his decision and whatever punishment he deems fit. Violet eyes closing on a mental sigh. She was no stranger to pain.
