West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

there are survivors, they're coming home

Was he still crying over there?

Oh my fucking god.

She could feel his gaze on her back, the daggers in his eyes boring into her. Part of her wanted to gloat but frankly she was just too lazy. Instead the corners of her lips twitched up into a small smirk, and thankfully Minn had learned to take her victories where she could get them. If the only repercussion she had to deal with was him standing over her like that the entire time she slept - well, she'd take it. It could be far worse. Besides, considering she'd slept in worse conditions, a murderous black panther watching over her as she slept wasn't nearly as terrible as it sounded. Hell, if he could pull it off she might actually fuckin' root for the guy. Minn had slept for a week before, easily. With how tired she was she could probably pull off two! If Tetradore could stand that long without his legs turning to jello Minn might find it in her heart not to make fun of him for it. ...Maybe.

Sucker.

When the bed rattled underneath the new found pressure of his body Minn was actually kinda surprised. She hadn't really thought he'd do it. You know, because the whole 'be the bigger person' sort of thing didn't really seem to apply to Tetradore as far as she was concerned. Maybe he'd just realized he couldn't win this one and she didn't really blame him, mostly because it was kinda hard to win those sort of fights with Minn. There were rarely any victors and far too many casualties. Of course, credit is given where credit is due... and maybe she'd given it a little early in the panther's case.

She grunted like a three year old when she felt him press against her back. "Mmmnggg....Nnngg...Mrrrr...." Her brow furrowed, her eyes shutting a little tighter as she tried to brace herself against him. He was bigger than her by far, there was no doubt about that. Stronger too. More muscly. And sure as fuck more determined. Why couldn't he just let her sleep? All she wanted was a nap. ...And maybe a cheeseburger. A chocolate milkshake. One basket of large fries. With Cajun pepper. Three cookies for afterwards. As well as a piece of cake. Plus a super size coke. Three straws, and a taco for good measure. Mmm... that sounded soooo good. Drool.

Her body slowly scooted inch by inch closer to the edge of the bed and there was little she could do to prevent it, except perhaps cling to the blanket a little tighter. It wasn't like there was anything on her side to help brace herself against and she was far too lazy to really try. In the end, it was her downfall. Quite literally. Not but a few moments later Minn had reached the end of the line and fell to the hard wooden floor with a loud thunk.

Thud.

".....Ooooooooooow."

The mumbled cry of pain was more of an annoyed statement, but perhaps she hadn't come out of the fight entirely unsuccessful. She'd managed to bring the fucking comforter down with her and it was now wrapped around her body like some weird twisted cocoon. There was a long pause of silence before the scuffling noises started from below, wiggling too and fro as she moved about. A second or two later her hand came up to slap the top of the mattress. It prodded around a bit as if searching for something particular. Almost as fast as it had appeared it seemed to disappear, her fingers having clutched around the corner of the drool-stained pillow before quickly pulling it down below with her.

If he wanted the bed, fine. He could fuckin' have it. But Minn? She was going to take everything else.
