West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Why the crowd what her involved simply did not make any sense to her. It was difficult in the beginning to roam the Ark quietly. Perhaps Cat Ears Waitress spread the word, with her own despite and hate, about the lupine that was dating the spotted feline. As Weres it was second nature to be overly observant about others and their environment. It was no surprise that when she moved around the Ark there was a pair of golden eyes always on her and on some occasion those golden eyes were only a few inches from her own. Her scent was intermixed with his own. Both their pelts held each other's scent which promptly told everyone just how intimate they were together. No one but the Cat Ears waitress looked on her with envious or judgmental eyes. So, why now? As the oddly marked lupine stood in the middle of the ring, with her companion snarling and scaring the patrons, she watched timidly at the way the zealous crowd looked at her. She could feel their eyes weighing heavily on her, each one looking over each scar and inch on her frame and she desperately wanted it all to stop. Truly she just wanted to disappear tempted to use the shadows to cloak her as she made a run for it. But with Jackals' sly words running around her mind it pained her to think she would damage Tobias reputation if she didn't do as was expected of him. It is true she is his, and even though others may question why she was, truly they had no reason to know and should mind their own business. Yet with everyone cheering and screaming them on she could not think of a way to get out of this situation. She was grateful that Tobias was attempting to get her out, the way he pressed on her shoulder to leave and yet wasn't she supposed to make sacrifices? As their challengers stepped forward her grey-trimmed ears laced backwards in a disapproving manner, and for a moment she would glare the two down and turn her head when Tobias spoke. It was comforting to hear his mind press into her own, but with his vote of confidence in her it simply swelled her with pride, it meant something, to know someone believes in her.

Seeing the smaller canine show her small teeth caused Raven to reveal her own, much larger, weaponry in reply. Her ears remained flat against her skull as one massive grey paw slammed into the ground almost daring the fox-like creature to stop showing off and get on with it. Even though Raven was bred and built to be a dominant creature, all those years of torment and abuse forced every part of her to be a subordinate and even worse, it destroyed any ability for her to establish self-confidence. The reason why she reacted to the snippy manned wolf was natural and pure instinct, there was no light of self-confidence in her. As the smaller creature lunged for her, she could feel Tobias pay far more attention to the smaller canine which caused the large lupine to move and allow her companion to attack the red creature. Her attention was focused only on the massive horned creature taking not how he charged at her. His left hoof was always placed first when he galloped towards her, and her muscles coiled as she baited her time. Blue-grey eyes narrowed as he got closer and before his horns met her, she rose on her hind legs and used her massive paw to actually slam into the side of his horns, causing the male to run and fall to his side. With him on the ground, her eyes dilated as she looked at the fallen creature on the ground, a horrible idea popped in that apex mind of hers. Snarling her black lips pulled back as she went back on all fours and slowly stalked towards her fallen prey, leaping on top of him, ignoring how he struggled to get up. As he tried to swing his head to get his horns to pierce her side, she quickly leapt back and once more slammed her paw into the side of his horn, causing his head to go back to the ground. With another low growl she continued to bat at his head, like a cat with a toy, and only when he stopped moving his head and kept it on the ground did she get up and move away from him.

Seeing Tobias easily defeating his own challenge her tail swayed side to side in a pleased manner. Walking quietly towards him she ignored the cheers and jeers from the crowd. Apparently their challengers were far too easy, and yet she didn't care. They won and she was free to leave this fighting ring. Sadly though she was not done. A rather annoyingly loud gong echoed through the Ark as the cage doors opened and the oryx and manned wolf were dragged and taken away. She would give her companion a puzzled look, she was sure they could leave now, and yet the crowd continued to cheer. Slowly the patrons would part ways to allow two foreboding males to make their entrance within the fighting ring. Once again her ears would slam tightly against her skull as her black lips pulled back to reveal her sharp teeth once more. She remembered these males. They were familiar. She had seen them fight before and they were quite exceptional. Yet they got their tails handed to them when Tobias and Tetradore took them on in a rare fight. It would seem that they would have their second chance with Tobias and a chance to see if his partner could actually stack up.
