West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

It had been an excruciating and exhausting long night. After Tetradore and Tobias fought off Frost they would join her and Jackal on their own battle. Jackal hurriedly attempted to not only wash her wounds, but attempted to defrost her as much as he possibly could. The effects of Frosts' abilities greatly put her body in an unstable manner. She did not have the same capability to heal herself at a fast rate like the rest of her species. She did not want Tetradore or Tobias to know the truth in fear that she would be seen as a hindrance. The physical pain she was experiencing could not compare to the mental anguish and emotional turmoil she felt as she laid helplessly in the bed. Seeing Tobias' dark eyes filled with worry, his face contorted in a confused manner, while his teeth gnashed together and his fists tightening into fists caused the battered woman to feel ashamed for putting him in such a manner. She was hurting him by putting him in such a state and she was ashamed of it. Not once had she ever wanted to hurt him in such a way. All she could do was lie there, one hand gently reaching out to his and held it, while Jackal and Tetradore explained to Tobias' just how severe her condition was and why she needed to sleep.

It was not easy for her to fall asleep. Tobias was confused as to why she couldn't get warm and he had followed Jackals' suggestion. Surprisingly he was capable of entering her bed without causing her too much discomfort as he wrapped his arms around her in a protective manner, sharing his body heat with her own. She felt protected here within the Ark. From Tetradore fighting Frost to Tobias' arms gently wrapped around her. While her extremely cold body was in an increased heated environment her broken form should have been warming up, but it would seem Frosts' power was far too good at being permanent. Raven did not feel Tobias leave the bed. She did not hear the bedroom door open and shut. She did not catch the obnoxious odor of a Death Hunter sneaking into her room. She was stuck within her haunted nightmare, her mind forcing the girl to relive the dreadful events last night. A sharp yelp could be heard from the battered girl as she tossed and turned. Azraels' whisper her name was useless as she did not hear it. What she did hear though was the sound of Tobias' yelp. Her eyes would flutter open for a moment her vision hazy as she saw a blurry image of Tetradore standing before he fell to the ground. Panic seemed the perfect motivation to force her to wake up. Her teeth clenched as she attempted to push herself up. Her right hand would grab one of the many blankets the males had given her, moving it to shield her upper torso from Azrael. Blue-grey eyes widen as she began to shake, her breathing jagged as she looked at the males on the ground. Woefully she spoke not looking at Azrael, keeping her eyes on her Alpha and her trusted companion, far more concerned for them than her own well-being.

"You promise, they are okay?"

She would stare at her passed out pack mates for a few moments. Unsure why Azrael was here unless...unless it was in regards to the fight last night. Were law stated they were in the right. Gripping the blanket tightly she spoke hurriedly, defending the actions of her pack from last night.

"His name was Frost and he is a were-horse. He trespassed on Tetradores' territory. I asked him to leave and he didn't so I attacked. He froze me and I couldn't move."

Surely the information she provided was enough. It was his inquiry about Serafina that made her eyes shift towards him. For a moment she stared at him quietly unsure if she should explain what little she knew about their bond. But she heard the concerned note in his tone and she thought it was best to reassure him, but give him a sharp reminder that his presence was not wanted.

"Sera and I...we can sense when another is in trouble, maybe some pain, but not much. But if you are so concerned about her then be a man and go to her not sneaking in here and shooting us when we did nothing wrong!"

I'd Rather Feel Pain Then Nothing At All
