West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

My Own Form Of CHAOS

The faerie blood does do plenty to dilute the usual complexities of our interactions. The stolen glances and hidden wants are now obvious greed in my eyes was I fight to keep my hands to myself. I'm in the same room as the beautiful red head I've come to love and adore more than anything. I never thought I could feel this way about another being, not after Catherine but look at me now. I'm a different person with her because usually being in her bedroom and drunk would have been my cue to take what I want and leave her to puzzle it out in the morning. Yet I can't bring myself to do it. It seems too much like taking advantage of her and I don't want that for her or for us. I want more for the first time that I can remember. I don't want to remember us tangled together drunk and smelling like faeire blood and then wake up in the morning regretting it or wishing we had waited. What if she doesn't want it? What if she's only playing into the faerie blood by even teasing me? I still have room for so many doubts apparently even with faerie blood.

I yearn for nothing more than to touch her, to hold her until everything's okay again. I hate seeing her so sad. I know her maker was not the nicest of vampires and apparently Risque spent a lot of time on torturing Isolt, something that still makes me seethe to this day. How I would have liked to get my hands on her. Isolt didn't hardly like to be touched when I first found her but look at her now. And it does feel good to know that I'm one of the few who can touch her without automatic recoil. She slowly walks toward me as I pat the bed beside me, my smirk coaxing and yet welcoming, wanting to reassure her only more that she can trust me. Her hair glistens in the overhead light, making me want to tangle my fingers in it and never let go but of course then I wouldn't be able to break away from her and that goes back to the taking advantage of thing. As she reclines upon the bed, she looks so damned sexy that my eyes darken with wanting for a few seconds before I can recover and compose my features.

I smirk at her questions. "Well I could always knock him out and make his a puke green to get back at him then." I shrug my shoulders lightly as if it's the easiest thing in the world. She giggles and I grin. That sound is contagious when it comes from her. Her next questions afford to make me scowl, my brows furrowing as I contemplate. I hadn't expected serious questions when I feel so...well restless. I shrug again. "It feels like just waking up every night to find something to do then going to sleep when the sun comes up just to pass the day. I don't really feel like I need the sleep. There's just nothing else to do during the day and it helps pass the time. I've gotten to watch cities being built and others being torn down. I've watched kids live to be adults then the elderly. Some achieve their dreams and others fall painfully short. It can be quiet depressing if you let it." I meet her gaze, my own softening.

"You learn to see the light at every tunnel so it doesn't become unbearable. You make few attachments besides those you can control, those that are more sure. Humans are almost a waste of your time unless you want the broken heart later. You get to see technology develope and science up the ante. You see huanity for the glory moments and for the disappointing ones." I reach up to softly caress her cheek. "You have to find things to look forward to."
