West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

there are as many truths as stars in the sky, and everyone of them different
perhaps that is the only real truth

A worried look is cast in the direction of her bag and the valuable potions within since Tobias was a little lax on his gentle nature, being more cat-like and playful than anything. She knows that to him it is all good fun and what did she expect? He was a Leopard shifter and all cats had instincts to play and bat things around, although she had thought that maybe the boy beneath the cat was a bit more in tune. Then again maybe he was and he had planned this from the get go. He HAD said that he liked backpacks and she had been lax in her attention towards it once he had lulled her into a state of complacency. Tobias, as childish as he seemed, was more clever than he let on with his distractions and subterfuge. Sorcha had to give him points for that and even a sort of fondness for it - she figured that if they let her stick around she might find that fondness a permanent thing. There was something about him that made one want to both laugh and to befriend, although she didn't feel a particular protective instinct since she had to take care of herself quite a bit more than a capable Shifter.

It is Tetra himself that gives her a sense of uncertainty where Tobias had given her none. Still, she is too curious to remain impassive and she stares at the other shifter with bright mossy eyes, wondering what creature lay beneath his skin. Was it rude to ask a Shifter what their animal was? She figures that once she settles a deal - hopefully - that she could bring it up and just blame any indecency on her lack of knowledge. One has to make mistakes in order to learn. That was the motto in her household as a child and she had taken it to heart, never daring to fear what others avoided.

Ah, the moment Aiden asks Sorcha takes a step closer to him, her eyes looking at her vial as if she wants to snatch it from his hand but she thankfully restrains such an impulse, instead lifting her hands in an animated manner as she began her sales pitch in her lyrical voice, after having tucked the vials she carried carefully into her jean pockets. "Some of the potions I have crafted are specifically to enhance things like strength or sight or speed. I'm sure not all of you are leopards, as cute as his leopard ears are," she says in her causal manner, beaming at Tobias and seemingly letting bygones be bygones. "So I'm sure some of your... err, pack? ... could use extra advantages to make the fights more fair or interesting. Plus, once I have seen how the potions work on your kind I can enhance them further since your genetic makeup is a bit different than that of humans, naturally. Plus I also can sell potions to help speed up recovery times for both energy and to help healing and if the wound is severe enough then I can heal them.. myself." The last sentence comes out slower and slower as she speaks, realizing she is giving away the very gift she hoards so close to herself, a gift she prefers others not to know about so that they will not ask her to do it when it was unnecessary. She bites her little a moment, her normal habit of nervousness before blinking a few times and shaking off her hesitation. It was done and out there now.

She is distracted now by Tobias and she can't help the sudden giggle that escapes her or the mirth in her grin as she gazes on the spitting cat, clearly displeased at the disgusting sight of the saliva-coated broccoli (his own fault, to be sure). It is only as he shifts into a naked man right next to the other that her eyes round into saucers and she blinks in a sort of stunned fascination. "No clothes change with you then," she murmurs to herself, clearly taking notes and trying to avoid looking at the more private parts of the boy. After his declaration of the tree (which was clearly NOT a tree) attacking him and Aiden's smug reaction (which earned an amused smile from Sorcha), comes the mention of rent and then Aiden's requirement. She nods swiftly at his words. "That sounds fair enough but I do ask that if I sell this stuff that the other Shifters cannot steal from me or harass me," she says in a firm tone, looking pointedly at her vials that Tobias had taken. "And if cookies is what he wants then I'll bring him the best damn cookies around." Now she grins, clearly elated at the win. "Might I have my bag back, please?" It is clear she wants to take it but she refuses to move closer to Aiden without permission (seeing how he is clearly the alpha around here).
