West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

A soft exhale left Tetradore's parted maw, his emerald eyes shifting over the small group in front of him. Tetradore couldn't fault Nadya for her disbelief, just as he too couldn't fault her for her immediate reaction that Tobias had somehow been at the epicenter of it all. The boy did get in trouble more often then not, enough so that had he not been there first hand he surely too would have looked to the spotted feline first as the cause of it all. In truth, he had never inquired to the origin of the fight on that fateful night. It hadn't mattered to him, it never had. All that had been pertinent is that he was required to defend that which he had called his own - his lands, his pack and he had, in some fashion or another succeeded. "No Tobias, it is not your fault." He stated simply to the creature, hardly surprised by the boy's outrage or the canine's effort to defend him. At the very least, the group was acting...predictable. It was at least better then their last congregation and for that Tetradore was thankful. He took whatever silver lining with the group that he could.

Never the less, Tetradore hardly bothered to attempt to stop Tobias' retreat, much less Raven's accompanied presence. He all together ignored the girl's nuzzled apology - hardly sure weather or not he accepted it in the first place and so instead he merely failed to react upon it all together. Rather, the entirety of the male's attention returned to his sibling, his large form approaching the disgruntled female feline. His mind reached out for her's alone, much preferring the privacy of their own conversation rather then alerting Tobias or involving Raven in it. After all, at the heart of it all, she was his only true blood line and in that it rewarded her with a certain sort of respect that he failed to provide the rest of his pack. "Nadya..." His voice reverberated softly inside of the girl's skull as he settled in front of her, his head reaching forward to gently nuzzle his cheek against hers.

"Nadya, I know he's been nice to you and I know you think you can fix this." He hesitated, hardly wanting to go on. For much of his life Tetradore had tried to protect her from...well everything. Keeping her in the dark was perhaps the only way he had managed to do so thus far but unfortunately such was only going to lead to her harm. He sighed, continuing on softly, "He threatened me, Nadya. He told me he'd kill you. He would bring you and your cubs to me in the exact same state that he brought Raven to me if it meant he could get what he wants. I would never forgive myself if that happened to you Nadya, I can't loose you again." It was a rather rare moment of vulnerability for the man, one he trusted no one else but his sibling with. Gingerly, he reached out, his tongue licking her cheek with the hope that maybe she would understand the gravity of the situation.
