West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Despite the knowledge of Tobias' frequent presence within the discreet west side shoppe, Tetradore still radiated a certain measure of tenacity when it came to the youthful female he'd found left within the place of the store's owner. She was an unexpected deviant to his plan, a hitch that he hadn't quite yet evaluated. He had expected that the exchange of box and currency would be smooth, effortless even, but there was something about the woman's fluid, fluttering motions that made Tetraodre second guess his anticipations of this business exchange. The warm scent of the woman's perfume filled the space inside the back of the building, causing his nose to twitch ever so slightly. It wasn't that he disliked the smell, on the contrary there was something comforting of the warmth of the amber that radiated from her silken flesh. Instead, his own heightened senses made it all the easier for the were-man to detect that aromatic aura. His emerald gaze flickered from the box to the woman, watching as she ran her painted nails over glossed lips and yet there was a certain sort of beaming simper that brightened the entirety of her face. It was a joyousness that was altogether foreign for him, catching Tetradore entirely off guard.

His attention momentarily shifted back down towards the ebony box held securely within his hands, glancing up only at the sound of her voice as she ducked behind and around him. Clearly intending a better look at the mysterious object he had been so tasked with returning. Hesitantly, Tetradore shifted, taking a singular step away from the girl as if her closeness was some how unsettling. In truth, there were very few individuals who were so distinctly light-heated within his presence. So often the man was simply avoided by others, given his space if only because of who he was or what he was capable of doing. She was a stark contrast to the world he lived within, enough so that for once in Tetradore's life, he was entirely unsure of how to react to her good-hearted though decidedly mocking tone. His eyebrow rose ever so slightly at her sudden lack of interest, that is, until the topic abruptly shifted from his choice of words to the beast that rested within him. He watched as she stepped back from him, this time feeling the weight of her crystalline gaze upon him and yet, despite the knowledge of all she beheld, he hardly flinched under her watchful eyes.

"Perhaps." His baritone voice returned with a measure of enigmatic reserve. It was rare when he was asked his animal, as if it was somehow a taboo topic and in general Tetradore too rarely mentioned it in general thanks to his time with Risque. Briefly, his gaze shifted from the girl to the movement from his periphery, glancing at the way the light seemed to play with his shadow, the clear shape of the feline hardly missed by the observant man and slowly the tiniest indication of a simper toyed at the corners of his mouth. His name upon her sweetheart lips brought his attention back to her and slowly he offered her the smallest of nods, "I'm afraid Davante was not as forth coming about whom you are." He commented in a returned invitation for a name to place with her fair feminine features.
