West

The western part of the city is often home to the poorer residents. Here there is a grunginess that permeates the town from the graffiti on the once cleaned brick buildings to the broken and unmaintained architecture. Crime runs high within the western half of town, making it the home of supernatural gangs of illicit activities. Such activities are rarely reported, however, and most residents are distrustful of individual's of authorities, and often let the powerful supernatural beings sort things out amongst themselves. Be careful wandering the Western streets after the sun falls.

Black Market

Just like any city - Sacrosanct is not without it's deep, dark underbelly. Hidden in the graffiti-ridden streets of the West, behind closed warehouse doors, lies the Black Market. Forever moving, it's nearly impossible to find without knowing someone who knows someone. Anything you desire can be brought for a hefty price within the Black Market - be it drugs, weapons, or lives.

Edge of the Circle

Cull & Pistol

Hidden within the dark alleyways of the Western Ward, Cull & Pistol is a dim, often smoky bar. With a small variety of bottled and craft beers, Cull & Pistol is a quaint little neighborhood joint. With its no-frills moto, the dingy bar offers little more than liquor, music from an old jukebox, and a few frequently occupied pool tables.

Bartender Raylin Chike

Noah's Ark

Resting upon the harbor, Noah's Ark (known simply as The Ark) is a sleek superyacht known both for its fight rings and recent...renovations, of sorts. Accessible from an entrance hidden in the shadows, The Ark is a veritable Were-playground that specializes in fighting tournaments for all creatures great and small. With both singles and doubles tournaments to compete in, the title of Ark Champion is hotly contested amongst the Were population. If anything illegal is going on in the city it's sure to be happening within the back rooms or behind the ring-side bar. Note: This is a Were only establishment. All other species will be swiftly escorted out.

Within the turbulent industrial district lies this club. The warehouse doesn't look like much on the outside but it provides a memorable experience from the state of the art lighting, offbeat Victorian-inspired artwork, comfortable black leather lounges, and the infamous 'black light' room. There is a wide variety of alcohol that lines the shelves of both of the magical and ordinary variety. It is a common stomping ground for the supernatural who want to let loose and dance the night away to the music that floods the establishment. Humans are most welcome if they dare.

Askaree Bint Bahar

It was a quiet evening... blessed and well-deserved after the effort it had taken to distance herself and her cozy little abode from that god-awful noisy "Ark" that the entire Were community seemed incessantly and pathetically on about. The endless drum of the bass, an accent to whatever tasteless noise pollution they were grinding to in their little shit-hole dinghy, provided a cacophony of vibrations that were not only distasteful to her reptilian form but also seemed quite efficient at ridding her little slice of aquatic heaven of any mildly satisfying meal item. Two factors that had quickly rid Askaree of any desire she had heretowith harbored (meager though it had been) to actually pay a visit to the not-so-abadoned cargo ship; that and, of course, the notion of caged fights did little to arouse the predator that was her alternative self. Let the over-grown kittens find whatever dismal delight there was to be had with that proverbial ball of yarn, she much preferred her battles to have more at stake than a measily handful of cash, a free drink or two, and a cache of communal groupies.

And so the young Egyptian woman does not trudge the beaten trail to the ship in the distance, portholes already ablaze with unnatural light as homeage to the "festivities" proffered within... a dozen tiny bat signals to those of her race less-inclined to actually put forth the effort in finding worthwhile entertainment to fill the apetures of their evening hours. What was to fill Askaree's evening was yet to be discerned, the only certainty was a brief delivery to one of Davante's clients who had requested, ignorantly (and after only spending a few moments in her presence), that she be the one to do so. Yet another man allowing decisions be made by the wrong head... alas, money was her motivator and this one inconvenience would do more fund her alcoholic escapades for a fortnight should she play her cards correctly. A smile, devilish in every miniscule crease it breeds, buds as a heinous bloom upon her plump lips.

A smile that wanes naught as her internal musings are interrupted by a voice that, unfortunately, rang quite familiar. The Beiber Doppleganger, how fucking perfect was this? She had been content to ignore the fellow lingering upon the dock as she did so very oft, this particular stretch of creaking wooden mildew a regular haunt of a clutch of wayward drunken vagabonds. Slowly and easily does she turn to face him, hands hidden within the pockets of her distressed leather jacket, hellishly dark eyes perusing him for no particular reason at all apart from her ability to do so. "My comings and goings aren't exactly any of your goddamn business now are they, hmmm?" One perfectly-manicured brow rises into a sleek curve, though she presumes with some measure of confidence that the rhetorical nature of her inquiry will likely be ignored. When an individual liked to flap their lips as much as he seemed to there was little one could do to stop them. "As for the riff raff, I do find them quite... amusing." Then does she turn from him with every intent to be on her merry way.
