East

The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

Wake up to your dreams
And watch them come true

Nadya was very aware of Frost's decidedly guarded nature and though she hadn't expected him to agree to an official date she was delighted that he had conceded. It at least showed the panther that he was truly interested in getting to know her. The fact that he had never been on a date before hadn't crossed her mind so was surprised when Frost had voiced that confession. Still, as the young woman remained reclined beside him, savoring the flavor of the ripe fruit, she listened to him speak. For all of their run-ins together and rather intimate ones at that, they knew very little about each other which didn't do for her at all if Frost wanted her to bring her children into a new pack.

At least she could rest easy knowing even if he hadn't had a hand in making the basket arrangement that he hadn't been the sneaky little creature to take it from someone else. It would have certainly put a damper on the night knowing the date meal had been meant for another woman. Nadya curled a finger to tuck a stray lock of hair behind her ear, feeling the ends of it brush against her delicate bare skin of her plunging neckline. It was a good thing that Weres ran a bit hotter than humans or she would have been cold unexpectedly out in the elements without a jacket. "I haven't had the pleasure of seeing it. I grew up with my pack just a few cities over from here and then came here...I haven't been able to travel. Someday...I want to see it all. I hear France and Italy are amazing boons to fashion." There was longing in her soft lyrics. If she hadn't had the twins who knows where her path would have taken her. She had children which meant her dreams of seeing the world had drifted away with the breeze.

The young woman lifted the flute of champagne to her lips, savoring the light bubbly flavor, her dark eyes appreciating Frost's form in his choice of clothes and the way the light of the moon played on his pale hair. He had so easily lifted her that his hidden strength had sent a subtle thrill of a shiver through her form and briefly that thought flitted around again. It was his question about how he was doing that drew Nadya from her thoughts once more. "You've done...well." A soft smile graced her features. Nadya set the flute down and stood from her spot with her barefeet shifting to test the grass. "Why don't you show me this dance? Do you doubt my ability to dance? I assure you burlesque is not the only place where my skills lie." The tease was light in her tone as she shifted away from Frost, seeing if he would follow and dance with her.
