East

The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

ROSE PETALS & BLOOD PUDDLES

The Romanian ravenger could only wonder had taken place behind that door; what she had done to send the man running for his life. It had sounded as though he had the upper hand, there was no mistaking his voice amongst the soft pulse of the music that played within. What had made this man's jugular beat so hard against the vampire's hand? It taunted and toyed with Amor and his hunger, his desire to take the place for himself.

Like a child poking a dog between the bars.

But he refrains, not for the sake of the woman that moved with a liquid grace toward them but rather for the sake of an alliance. She was petite, almost fragile but he was no fool. He knew that this realm held an occult that could be possessed through determination and time. And of course, he sought to hone it himself. The world was his for the taking and if he has it his way it will be his as well.

She speaks and one side of his lips raise in a smirk, his eyes flickering over the bar owner's face which began to turn purple.
"I assume you don't drink liqour." For if she did, she wouldn't be asking such a silly question. Amor would give her the benefit of the doubt and bit his tongue; which was so hard to do. His sarcasm had become habit, everything that life shaped him into might as well have been carved from stone. He says nothing more, that grin widens as she began to encircle them. As though she were sizing him up, seeking confrintation with this seasoned warrior as well.

His thick fingers dig deeper into the man's jugular, threatening to strangle the life from him - as she continues with a voice so sacchirine and smooth, it made him want to take another shot. She glares at him with a promise that her heart truly believed. He chuckles at her but his stormy eyes linger sloping physique until they reach her own once more.
"The strongest and the smartest survive, sweetheart." His voice was as deep as his accent was thick, his fangs lengthen and threaten the tender flesh of his bottom lip.

His gaze remains cold and still upon her own, finally allowing the man to breath - sending him into long, raspy breaths against the vampire's grip. A brow is raised, almost daring her to say something more. However, he doesn't give her the chance - allegiance was too crucial. Releasing the man completely, he falls into a heaving heap between the two.
"You're welcome." he tips his head, the unnerving stare on his face now a sweet smile, one so professionally flawless.

"I just want him dead."
