East

The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

The helmet sat on top of the bar, near the small hand that gripped the glass holding the beverage. Staying alert of her surroundings; noticing a man walk in, watching him walk around, talking to others. As if looking for someone or something rather. It wasn't til he sat next to her at the bar before she really got a look at him, and a good feel for what he was. A hunter; like herself. When he looked towards her, her eyes met his for a brief moment; the bright piercing blue eyes not averting their stance in watching him. When lyrics came from his lips the first go around; she chuckled, a smile gracing her facade as she looked down. Hand moving away from the glass and to the helmet; pulling it into her lap as she to turned to face him. Looking him over once more; Isi was never one to turn a conversation down... With anyone for that matter. So if this man who sat by her and striked up a conversation; she would talk.

The mans next words made her wonder what he was talking about, since she was new; she didn't really know what anything here was. The council? What the hell was that? Was this some kind of off road place that was run by other hunters?! She didn't know but she wanted to find out and she would ask anyone to do it. First and foremost, you haven't seen me because I'm entirely new to this city. Her soft lyrics rolling from her mouth; speaking loud enough so he could hear. Obviously his second time speaking made a point of whoever they were he didn't like. Should she not like them either?

Second, I'm not entirely sure who ''they'' are or who the council is.. Isi's words trailed off as she finished off her drink she had previously ordered. When she set it back down the bartender was there to pick the glass up and mentioned getting another to which she shook her head at. She didn't need anymore. Turning her attention back to the man before her, messing with the hanging straps of her backpack aimlessly as she waited for a response. Mind racing with the thought of what could happen; this man could at any point strike her. He could come after her, anything could happen. Although she was another hunter; she was still small and she wasn't a dumbass when it came to who she could defend herself against and who she couldn't. Since she knew nothing of this man; she didn't know whether she could fight him off or not which was the terror she was trying to hide.

Isi's mentor had been of similar build and he taught her to use her tiny body as an advantage; being lower to the ground could help her in a fist combat. Maybe not so much ones with guns though. She'd been taught other things for that. But enough of her and her mentor; she was here now, away from him and this man was speaking to her. Time to focus on that and nothing else.
