East

The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

He rose an eyebrow at her when she told him that he was not man because he was not human. He shook his head lightly. "Then what would you classify me as? I am certainly a male...if you need proof I'd be happy to show you." While it was creepy at best, it was all he could do to hold a straight face. She didn't believe that he was a man. If his overnight scruff on his neck and the deep timbre of his voice was not enough, he supposed he could show her that he was anatomically male. It was up to her, though.

He told her that he was fairy and she gave him the exact response he had been hoping to avoid. An eyebrow rose at her sudden outburst, chuckling lightly as she had to glare at the other patrons to mind their own business. When she mentioned that she had never met one before and that she hadn't believed her alpha when he told her they existed, he simply looked at her. "So you're a were, huh?" he had never really been that into weres. Some just smelled like wet dog all the time and it was such a turn on. Some were cute â€" almost like house pets. Others belonged in zoos. But he kept his opinions to himself.

She asked him about his supposed rough night and his answer had her more confused than ever. He let her think about her response to him, formulate her own hypothesis about why he was still dressed in his clothes from last night. Her train of thought was close, but not 100% there. "A pretty girl, yes...but it wasn't a date." He paused a moment, knowing how much she hated his vagueness. "Sex...I had good, rough sex last night." Normally he was a little more smooth and tactful with how he talked about sex with a woman, but she was so sheltered she wasn't understanding any of his references. He supposed he should just outright say what he was doing â€" even if it wasn't delicate.

He asked her why she looked a little rough, curious as to her own reason for looking rough. She mentioned that she was out dancing, met a dude, then played at an arcade? Was she a child? "So you're coming back from spending the night at his house? You enjoyed yourself too, I see." Surely she just forgot to mention that she had slept with him. What woman was out all night with a man and never slept with him. Boone would have been pissed off if a girl did that to him.
