East

The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

East

Everything in Sacrosanct was closed. It was a particularly unusual state of the city, this isolation turning the bustling town into something near apocalyptic with the utter absence of...well...everyone. It was unusual to see the sidewalks empty, the numerous darkened storefronts only further adding to the ominous aura and yet...in spite of all of this, Tetradore absolutely relished in the desolation. The sound of his engine roared as he pressed the sleek ebony Bugatti ever faster down those usually lively streets - the Alpha all but tearing through the empty Western roads. His gaze deviated from the asphalt in front of him only to glance at the horizon in his rearview mirror. It still prompted a tinge of emotion within the man - the absence of the Ark's looming facade on the very oceanfront he'd only just come from. The docks themselves had become eerily quiet in the wake of the city-wide shutdown - a majority of Tetradore's own fleet restricted to the docks with that waning international trade. It was, however, a single shipment of medical supplies that had dragged the Were-King back to the west from the comfort of his sibling's Northern mansion. The sheer importance of the cargo required careful oversight as it was offloaded and put upon awaiting trucks. The last thing he anticipated, as he watched shipping container after container lifted from the large ship, was news from the black market finally coming to light.

Though Sacrosanct had officially come to a standstill (much like Tetradore's own life), the underbelly of the town was still very much alive. Those seedy back doors had certainly shifted in some ways, drawing in less of a crowd or providing their own version of at home deliveries for their substances and yet...it was the unfortunate lock down of the world as a whole that had finally provoked that illicit reptilian show to come to an abrupt hault. How long he had been waiting for that - that word placed through the grapevine well over a year ago and yet, like most things, any under the table dealings required a great deal of patience and equal amounts of finesse. It was that knowledge of where those unfortunate creatures were that brought Tetradore away from the dockyard and into the Western part of town, his Bugatti unfortunately forced to slow as he raced towards his destination. His engine rumbled beneath his hands as it came to a stop on the quiet streets in front of the Bakery, the rare Bugatti still prompting curious looks anytime he took it out. Even so, the Alpha all but ignored those awed stares as he finally cut the engine to silence and stepped out onto the darkening sidewalk.

Tetradore entirely ignored the 'closed' sign hanging on the front door - the very sight of Taliah settled in front of the window the only thing required to prompt the Alpha's invasion as he strode up towards the door. He stepped into the bakery, the man pausing only once over the threshold as the delectable scent of freshly made bread slammed into him. His head tilted upwards ever so slightly, the were-feline clearly sniffing the air. It might be...nice....to return to Dorian's home with some of that...perhaps, if tonight panned out well, he might earn himself more than a loaf or two. The vibrancy of his emerald eyes turned towards the young woman, noting her stained pants in his brief observation of her. "I finally heard something back.....about your sister." He clarified after a moment, those pleasantries entirely skipped in favor of what he viewed as vastly more important.

My heart is just to dark too care. I can't destroy what isn't there

so if you love me let me go

Deliver me into my fate & leave me with my sins
If you still care, don't ever let me know
