East

The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

TRUST MY RAGE

trust my rage
It's the unspoken truth of humanity, that you crave subjugation. The bright lure of freedom diminishes your life's joy in a mad scramble for power, for identity. You were made to be ruled. You will always kneel.

Maybe this place was one step up from a freaking strip join but the woman up there was showing an awful lot of everything. She was pretty, he had to admit, it a bit pale for his tastes. Not that Drago should be able to claim such considering he wasn't the tannest being alive either. What was she though? A Were? Not a vampire, he could tell that quite quickly. A witch, possibly. He hadn't encountered many fairies in his existence, merely a handful, and he still wasn't as adept at picking them out as he should be. Watching her dance, the sway of her hips, draws from him a desire. What would it be like to bed a supernatural? That thought is something that is forbidden, perhaps a reason that it sticks in his head, and he catches her eye as she dances, noting the way she seems to tear her gaze from him. Maybe he looked like an easy mark or a rich man considering he had flashed some high-dollar bills only moments before. He grins at her, a lazy sort of flashing of teeth, and then the show is over and she disappears of the stage.

For now he will wait. She wasn't likely to be leaving soon and he needed to scope out the rest of the place anyways. As fortune had it, however, she appears near him after only a few more minutes and his gaze snaps to her, then grazes down the rest of her figure and back up in a decidedly leisurely fashion. "You were dancing for everyone, princess. I bet you could do a helluva lot better just for me," he answers, his voice smooth and charming as he dares her with his eyes. What was having a little fun with the prey? The Council would never know and this would be a good experiment.

Besides, who would miss a girl working at this place? There were tons to fill her spot. "What's your name?" He asks, once more reclining back in his seat and watching her with hooded eyes, waiting for his moment to pounce. Allure - it was all about how one portrayed himself. There is a dangerous air around him that he does not temper. Supernaturals enjoyed danger, he had found, even if they had an instinct for it. It was an animalistic thing, he reckoned, that everyone seemed drawn to it.
