East

The east side of the city is the very heart of Sacrosanct - it's unique skyline is a clash between modern sky rises and small Victorian-inspired storefronts. In the heart of downtown, the sleek colored glass buildings reign supreme though their old-world roots can be seen in the most peculiar places from the lamp post styled electric street light to the stone sidewalks. The old world architecture slowly returns the further from downtown you travel, however. It's here that magic thrives, it hums in every stone and can be felt in every breath. Often, newcomers to the city may become overwhelmed by such sensations but, eventually, it becomes an ever-present feeling that's hardly noticed.

Samantha Cassidy

Instantly, Samantha knew that she had walked up to an interesting table. The two clearly supernatural beings seemed bathed in the aura of Lust, an aura that seemed to coat Samantha's own emotions like a sticky glue that she couldn't shake. It seemed to make her vision a little blurry, and pull her towards the table like a magnet. She watched the two of them interact, watching as the girl's attention was turned towards her in an almost predatory fashion. It made Samantha uncomfortable, though the Lust that coated her made that discomfort so tiny that she barely noticed it at all. The girl reacted to Samantha's question as though she knew exactly what Samantha was, quickly turning the conversation to a time when she'd dealt with her kind before. "In my experience," Samantha said, her voice somewhat dry. "My kind tend to prefer pretty things. They took me, after all." The last bit of her sentence slipped out before she could catch it, and if it weren't for the Lust surrounding her, she was sure she would have kept that bit to herself.

The girl's attention was caught on the male patron, his words bringing a sense of alarm to her. She hadn't heard that Hunters had taken out a Kingdom, and she was startled to find that there was a bit of her that cared. She kept herself distanced from the other fae in the area, even the girls she worked with, and certainly had no allegiances to the ones destroyed. But still, it was the recent run in the girl had with a Hunter and a certain WerePanther that made her remember that terror and the feeling of her skin being ripped apart with iron. She hardly wished that on another creature. Still, it was the predatory grin of the male at the woman's side that made Samantha want to recoil. It spoke of danger, and the uneasy feeling in Samantha's stomach grew just slightly.

Still, the girl remained where she was as she listened to the preposition the woman had for her. Without hesitation, Samantha gave a small nod of agreement. "Though, that hardly seems fair," She pointed out. "Because it seems as though you already know exactly what I am. You know that I'm fae, so why do you need me to confirm it so much?" As the fae word left her lips, Samantha found herself reaching up to push her hair behind her pointed ear as though giving confirmation of her words. "My name's Samantha, now it's time for your end of the bargain, isn't it?"
