It was decidedly rare that Tetradore left the borders that made up his own territory upon the Western side of town. He often had particularly little interest within the rest of the city, venturing from his side of town for particularly specific reasons weather it was a cupcake from that boutique in the Southern part of town or to see Isolt and her budding bar in the East. Tonight's reason, however, was perhaps more precise still. Rumors had surfaced that an original piece of art by Ivan Aivazovski had found it's way into the house of a particularly wealthy business tycoon within the Northern parts of town. It was perhaps a rather obscure aspect of the Alpha, his weakness for the Russian artist's paintings. The Ark held exactly one within the depths of its metal hull. It was a picture of his raging seas, one that Jackal had forbid him from keeping in his own room for fear of some supernatural connection between the painting and somehow sinking the stagnant boat. It was Isolt herself who had suggested he instead seek out one was placid seas though until this point, Tetradore had seen or heard of none. Tonight was a decidedly rare moment that he hardly intended to pass by.

The ebony feline slinked through the shadows that lined the dully lit streets, entirely unaware that his form was being stalked - and by a coyote no less. Instead, his emerald eyes glanced down the streets from side to side, ensuring that the roads were as silent as they seemed to be. His direction changed abruptly, approaching a driveway close towards the street. His nose twitched ever so slightly at the smell of the trashcans and yet, the pungent scent hardly distracted the male from his task. His large paw reached out, batting at the cans so they fell over into the driveway, the metal making a loud bang upon the driveway. He hardly stop there, however, taking the bottom edge of the can with his teeth, his head shaking from side to side as he encouraged the trash out, ensuring the can scraped across those manicured bricks of the driveway. His head lifted abruptly at the sound of the front door opening, the man batting at the cans once, twice more to ensure he was heard before his large paws sent him back into the hedges.

Luring the owner from the home was hardly difficult at all, the large feline stepping with care as he made his way around the periphery of the fence. He heard the click of the gun right as he lept up and over the shrubbery, entirely unphased by the sound if only because he was rather certain that the barrels were not pointed at himself. He did pause, however, upon their brick fence, his emerald gaze glancing over towards the disaster he had made only to spy a rather familiar appearing canine caught, quite literally, in the crossfire. A small frown crossed his features as his gaze shifted from the girl to the house, considering whether or not his once interest within her was worth losing the Aivazovski. A soft sigh left the panther's parted mouth, his tail lashing unhappily behind him before he turned back towards the duo, releasing a low, threatening growl from his jaws. The accompanying roar was sure to get the man's attention though Tetradore had hardly thought out what he would do when he did manage to do so. All that mattered at that moment was fulfilling his own inquisitiveness on why the female would be here of all places - not when she had so denied her humanity. Look at how much trouble that seemed to get her into. His mind reached out to the young woman, impressing upon her a singular thought as he approached the pair from his perch on the fence - "I hope you're ready to run."
