South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

i'm not ashamed of my scars, i'm ashamed of the world for not understanding.

It put her at tremendous unease when she learned that Jackal had been attacked during watch one night. Why Frost had to go about and harm the little Hispanic man, she had no idea, but she felt terrible for the man. He wasn't the only one that had gone through such an ordeal with the villainous horse. There was one thing she had to admit that annoyed her though after the incident â€" it was the fact that the female panther cared for him â€" a non-member of the pack rather than herself. With Frost not respecting the territory lines and the rules behind it Raven wasn't quite sure what else could be done. Already she had been attacked, now Jackal, and she was concerned about who would be Frost's next victim. With Nadya no longer doing her part in the pack and monitoring the borders at night the lupine was picking up on the slack and tearing through the borders as quickly and efficiently she could possibly do. Everything seemed to be perfectly fine for now, but she knew it couldn't always be like this.

Earlier that evening she spent some time in Serafina's warehouse, helping her as much as she possibly could in the shop, all while making sure the witch was safe before she went home. She was rather grateful for their bond, happy that it seemed much happier, and she actually enjoyed her time around the raven-haired woman. After leaving the warehouse she made a quick stop at the Ark to wait for any orders that might be different. With no new orders she left to start her trek, determined to end it as soon as she possibly could, the girl desiring the warmth of the hammock she shared with her mate. As she ran, blue-grey eyes scanned the area for anything out of place, grey-trimmed ears twitching to listen to any sound that would be unfamiliar or of interest. When she heard the sound of a yip she released a louder, bolder bark, and moved towards it.

As she got closer to the area in which she heard the yip, the scent of Were was overwhelming, cautious she pressed forward eventually finding a familiar looking coyote. For a moment the lupine stood on the other side of the alleyway, her dial titled and her tail neutral, remembering this creature, and how skittish she was. A soft bark was made to alert the coyote she was here, finding her not necessarily a threat, but wondering just what the creature was doing far away from the woodlands and spending her time here within the West district, owned by the Nightshade pack.
