South

The southern part of the city has a chic family-oriented sort of charm to it. Here, small locally owned shops run rampant, neighbors often know each other by name, and the monthly socials are an event not to be missed. In the South, children can often be seen safely playing in the park or on sidewalks and in the weekends, families often take to the beach to enjoy the warm waters surrounding the city.

Ascension Center of Equitation

The Ascension Center of Equitation is the epicenter of the Dark Hunter Cavalry Unit. Originally a high-class facility for show-jumping, Ascension now caters entirely to the Cavalry Unit. Here the Dark Hunters learn how to ride and fight upon the backs of horses - many of which are Were's themselves.

Hyde Park

Hyde Place takes up a large part of the Southern side of the city and includes a large playground, several fountains, and a small garden. The park is open from five in the morning till midnight though many shady characters may visit this place while it's technically "closed". The park has also been a venue for several concerts and hosts many holiday-related events. Under a full moon, witches are often seen here for the sacred ground beneath the iconic Weeping Beech.

Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium

The Point Defiance Zoo & Aquarium (PDZA) is an award-winning combined zoo and aquarium located within the Southern Part of Sacrosanct. Situated on 92 acres in Sacrosanct's Hyde Park, the zoo and aquarium are home to over 9,000 specimens representing 367 animal species. Point Defiance is also widely known for its conversation efforts regarding the breed and release program of Red Wolves.

The Outskirts

Beyond the city limits and over the bridge lies the deep, dark, and almost impenetrable forest. Often seen as a way to guard this magical city against the world that surrounds it, many are entirely ignorant of the evil that may creep between those tree trunks. Many were-creatures use the forest for the transformations of their newest members and some even take to hunting here. It isn't particularly peculiar for people to go missing within this forest but once you get through, the rest of the world awaits.

i'm not ashamed of my scars, i'm ashamed of the world for not understanding.

Within the Ark there were many times when Tobias felt affectionate. Sometimes after a long night of fighting various challengers, and his ego inflated far too much for the night, he sought her out to spend those victorious nights alone with her. In the beginning she was always reluctant to be so affectionate with him. Not because she didn't want to be, but because she didn't know how to be. It was difficult for her to figure out what he wanted or how he liked it. At times she felt as if they were going far too fast to her liking, always slowing things far down, when they were already too extremely slow. Yet over time she would become used to it, thankful for his nature of being repetitive and patience. Even though sometimes his patience came with that look of disdain in his eyes, or his irritable huff, the girl constantly afraid that he would leave her or quit putting up with her. Perhaps he could feel her anxiety and fear radiating from her when those moments occurred, but thankfully he would curl around her, his touch and closeness reassuring her that he would remain. It was difficult for her to see that touch could actually be a good thing and not something that would always constantly bring her pain. Who could blame her for thinking such a thing? Other males probably wouldn't be so understanding, and no one that knew Tobias would think he was capable of being so kind or patient with her, but time and time again he showed that he cared, gently leading her along, telling her in his own way, it would be okay.

He was the very first person she could trust. Their first night together, after helping him out from the waters and the fishing net, from the sailors on the docks, seemed so long ago. That he had given her permission to sleep within the same room as him, giving her a net she could make into a bed, was one of the many firsts she had experienced: kindness, a gift of sorts, a creature to sleep next to, to not be alone. It was all so very meaningful to the lupine and already she was enamored with him. Over time as they continued to be together on their adventures, she continued showing him kindness and he in turn. The day he officially wanted to date to the day he called her girlfriend, he had expressed his fondness for her. Affection was something she had never received until he had shown it to her, and she willingly wanted to learn how she could show her affection for him in return. Each gentle caress slowly smoothed her nerves, her mind and body slowly conforming to what he wanted. In the Ark at nights when he wanted to be more affectionate at times she would match his pace, but still be so very cautious all the same. Tonight, for whatever reason, Raven was a bit bolder than before. In the beginning of their relationship she wouldn't dare wish to make out with her boyfriend in public, in the field, at night, half naked.

When he grins as she nods her head and leans forward, she allows him to take her shirt off, her eyes rolling back to see it tossed somewhere within the grass behind her. As she settles herself back down in the grass, she shivers slightly as her back met the cold grass. As she brings his hand to settle against her waist, she is disappointed and slightly embarrassed for looking, in her mind, unfavorable. A male, human or animal, would proudly show off his female he had ensnared, showing her off in such a way so that other males would be jealous and show he had something they didn't. Yet Raven did not feel like a prize to be won or showed off, rather, she felt as if she should be hidden. Her scars were flaws and she was ashamed about them. He had never before called her beautiful or spoke of her scars before. The only person to ever call her beautiful, was the male vampire that had kissed her within the park, moments ago, and yet that seemed like eternity. As his lips find her own she is distracted once more in bliss. As his calloused hands trailed along her lithe frame, she could feel the gentleness in his stroke from his calloused fingers. Shamelessly she allowed her own hands to wander up and down his well-toned physique, her eyes half-closed as she released a satisfying sound as his lips began to travel lower. A shy smile appears on her pink lips when he speaks out, unsure what he liked, blue-grey eyes shifted to his own, as one of her hands pushed back his dark locks from his eyes. Softly she murmurs her question.

"What do you like?"

As her deviant companion continues to do as he pleases she sighs in content her form entirely relaxed no hint of hesitation or fear. As his fingers slowly slide up her frame, her eyes watch them, noticing how he stops and has one index finger curl underneath the navy strap of the bar. Instantly those nerves flood back as her heart begins to hammer. They hadn't gone this far before. Her teeth bite the bottom of her lip nervously, as her blue-grey eyes meet his own. For a moment she is simply quiet, looking up at him studying his dark eyes for a moment. There is silence between them, the gentle summer winds causing the grass around them to sway, sounds of crickets chirping softly in the background. Her mind was racing to a decision, wondering just if she was ready. She trusted him, completely, and the thought of being entirely half naked, in public, of all things was a bit worrisome now. Yet still this problem could be solved if someone walked in on them, although who would be walking in the middle of the night in the woods, was quite a bewildering thing to think. His grin on his handsome face seemed to calm her down slightly, noticing a hint of his dark eyes become lighter if only for a moment. It would seem both men were interested in her decision. A shy smile appeared as she nodded again, moving slightly to allow him to take the bra off, inhaling softly to try and calm her nerves. Once the bra is off she shivers again from the summer breeze as it graces gently over the now visible flesh. Her cheeks going slightly pink from embarrassment that she was now fully exposed to him, she remained still unsure what he wished to do next, or what was expected of her now.
